My experience started 20 years ago with Blalock Heating & Air when Lightning hit my Air Conditioner , They were out to my house by noon and everthing back and running by 4:00. I had a problem with mold and they installed a Dehumidifier in my crawl space problem solved. Over the years I have Recommend them to anyone asking for Heating & Air Services . Great Service Techs that really take there time and could not have been more recpectful and keep you informed.
There Office Staff when you call are very helpfull and usually can always work around your schedule.
I'm now 20 years in on there Preventative Maintenance Program and would never change Companies .

I had an appointment for an estimate for heating and air at my son’s house on Friday December 6th from 12 to 5. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before they would be there the call hasn’t come yet. It is now December 11th. If they were not coming it would have been a courtesy to at least call and say we’re not coming. I drove 200 miles to be there since my son works for the railroad and doesn’t know when he’ll be home. I will not use Blalock since they’re not reliable.

Brad was exceptionally thorough, professional, and efficient. He arrived within 20 minutes of calling Blalock, and resolved the issues with the heating system in a timely manner and followed up to ensure that it continued to function properly.

I will never use any other company again other than Blalock. We got 2 quotes to replace both our systems ranging from 26k-48k. Blalock came out and explained that our furnaces were dual system and not single and they were getting faulty signals from the thermostat. Robert was great and explained when a dual system runs with those inputs it overheats and shuts off and appears not to work. Robert said we can get possibly 10 more years out of the systems that 2 other companies wanted to replace. Thank you Robert and Blalock for being an honest company.

Blalock replaced our AC and Heat system. They fixed our problems with certain rooms not having good temperature control with the old system. All of our rooms are now equally cooled. The owners are very hands on making sure everything is right. We had multiple options for what type of units we want and I’m very pleased with our purchase.

Very professional and responsive. Robert came out on two separate occasions to look at both of our AC units and was able to quickly identify issues and explain his thought process for the repairs.
