I’ve used these guys about 4x and will never use anyone else for my Plumbing prices. My toilet flange was broken and they had to come in and break the flooring just to remove it, When my toilet initially broke He was out of town so i had to call another local company and they wanted to charge be close to $1750 to break the concrete around the flange to remove it, contacted bywaters and told them he told me he would get to me in a few days and was upset that the other company wanted to charge that much, he came 3 days later and fixed the entire thing and i paid under $500. These people deserve every plumbing contract in the surrounding counties of Grady, Thomas, Mitchell, Decatur wherever, you will not be disappointed at all. How can you beat honest people who just wants to be able to truly help others without ripping them off. Choose Bywaters Only

After failing to show up twice as promised and not returning numerous phone calls I have given up on this guy. It must be nice to be able to ignore commitments to people in need of your services. Hopefully there are other companies in the area who are concerned with how they treat their clients.

Bywater plumbing was extremely courteous, prompt. And professional. He first installed a hot water heater within hours of a phone called. He even took time to deal with our home warranty issues.
Our second time needed a plumber due to a smell coming from our tolet. The flange had been installed wrong when the tile was put in the bathroom. Bywaters arrived within hours of me calling him and had to remove the flange that had been installed wrong by the tile guy along with having to install concrete in the void area of the flange where it meets the sewer .line.
I dont usually recommend people for work. Not that he needs more work as he is swamped but gets a 5 star from me.

This gentleman knows his business and is very professional. He came and unclogged our kitchen drain and replumbed under our sink. It was his anniversary but he did not leave until everything was working. Highly recommend his work.

He no showed on me 3 times in a row, no call or anything as he just didn't show up, after the third time I was done with him and found another more professional plumber that we plan on using from here on out and will tell our friends and acquaintances about our experience. I wish Mr. Bywaters the best but I didn't deserve to be no showed on multiple times especially after leaving work early to meet him
