Eric was AMAZING! I was driving down 75 with my RV and when I pulled in to get gas I realized the electrical cord had come out and was dragging behind me - it was crushed and ruined. I called his company and he was on a job, but stopped his work and met me at Home Depot and replaces the plug for me so I could continue on with my trip. . . He literally saved my weekend and I’m so grateful! He was very professional, quick, thorough, and fair priced (especially since he knew this was an emergency for me and could have taken advantage of the situation)
I will be calling him for my future electrical needs for sure.

I will forever use Phoenix electrical from now on. This year alone I have used them three times. I purchased a very old house that has turned up to have electrical problems. I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. I actually can't wait till my home warranty runs out so I can just call them every time without bothering with the home warranty people! That's just how much I love Phoenix!

My electrician Jeremiah was friendly and efficient. I just had one outlet in the kitchen relocated to another spot. Price was reasonable. And my dogs liked him.

They were on time and left no mess. You’ll need to book well in advance. They do return phone calls too which is nice!

PHX Electrical is the gold standard for how an at home service business should be ran. They were responsive, friendly, and performed the service in a professional and timely manner. The use of Google’s calendar and payment use of quick books is fantastic and makes things easy. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This company was very nice to work with. We had to have repairs done in GA while living in SC. They made us able to run the GA business from afar by fixing exactly what was wrong with the lighting. They presented us with a photo verifying their work. Great team. Highly recommend!

Phoenix Electrical in Calhoun, GA, is my preferred choice for any electrical needs. They have assisted me in the past, and just last week, I encountered an issue with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) that kept tripping and wouldn't reset. Jeremiah Tackett came out to assess the situation; he replaced the defective GFCI and conducted a circuit loading analysis. I was concerned that I was dangerously close to exceeding the amperage limits of the series circuit. However, Jeremiah successfully added two extra outlets from two adjacent rooms that had low usage. He then provided valuable recommendations on effectively distributing the load across the three available circuits.

Now, I feel secure without any overheating issues; everything is functioning perfectly, and the new outlets look like they were there from the start. Truly exceptional service!

The technician (Jeremiah) was on time, knowledgeable and very good at substantially working through the issues until they were resolved. I especially liked how he suggested fixes to problems I wasn’t aware of. The final bill was very close to the estimate (it was less) and he CLEANED UP after himself. He was polite, professional and very willing to do what took to resolve the issues. I was very, very impressed. I’m going to hire him again.
