My ac wasn’t blowing very good and Lance came to my house then diagnosed and fixed my issue fast and efficiently, I will not hesitate to call him again with any issues I may have with with my heat during the winter. Exellent job, and price.

I called for a service for our 4yr old heat pump. In the past the tech took the cover off and cleaned coils and cleaned the vents and around the unit. Today was different, they did a performance review and wrote up a summary of what our 4 yr old heat pump needed that’s still under warranty. I declined all options until I need. The service fee went up $50 with no advance warning. I’m including pictures to show how the vents around the unit was not even cleaned.

I had tremendous service from this company. Carlo, Rick, Rubin and Eddie gave best possible service. These guys were here all day for 3 days and worked very, very hard. Don’t see many young mean this serious about work. They completed the work and above! Thank you so much Carlo, Rick, Rebin and Eddie and thanks Mr Anderson for the superior service. You all went above and beyond!! Forever grateful

Keith arrived promptly after we called about our AC not working ( of course this happened on a Sunday). He was able to "bandaid" the problem. Pretty expensive bandaid if you ask me. He did explain the process to my husband and took care of the issue, I hope. He was professional and even came back to check that a shaft he had to replace wasn't at risk of hitting any parts inside the unit. Trevor had been here maybe a week and a half before for our summer service check. All good at that time, then this occurrence . Hopefully this will stop the bleeding $$.

Great company to work with! Joe, Josh and Rick handled the weatherization. They were knowledgeable, courteous, neat and took extra care not to damage anything in and around my home. They also worked as quietly as possible, which I really appreciated.

Keith Underwood came out twice to repair my ac unit and was very friendly , professional and explained everything that he was doing. I wasn't EVER going to use Anderson Heating and Ac again after something they did 9 years ago but Keith has changed my opinion. Would definitely recommend him....

Our a/c went out yesterday afternoon. I called Anderson's and spoke with Kate. Very pleasant and helpful. She had Trever here at 8am the next morning. Trevor is super professional and friendly. He explained everything with us and gave us several options for fixing our issues. When we decided which option we wanted he got to work immediately and fixed everything. Awesome experience. Careful diagnosis of problem, and explanation of options to correct were discussed first. After selection work was carried out immediately to repair system refrigerant leakage and restore heating to house. I knew what was happening during the entire process, and pricing was fair. Great service visit!

The original guys that came out to my home had some issues putting in an exhaust fan. My bathroom is an add on built in the 1960’s. It doesn’t have a crawl space. Once the owner was made aware of the problem, the owner and an employee (Kevin) came out to my home and inspected it. Upon inspection they found a way to put the exhaust fan in my bathroom. They rewired the fan. Now, the light and the fan have separated switches.
They cleaned up their work area with a shop vac and fixed the hole in my ceiling where they originally put the exhaust fan.
They did a phenomenal job.

Trevor Jones to the rescue once again! He was able to diagnose and repair our 27-year-old unit last December and was able to fix a different issue with the unit today. He is always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, helpful, and efficient. Trevor goes above and beyond! We are thankful to have him as our technician when needed, and we would gladly recommend his services to others.

They did some work in the my bathroom , install insulation and etc. these guys done a wonderful job. With my first project and first review, I failed to mention Keith who did an excellent job with my AC unit, clean the coil and etc. John Anderson is blessed to have technicians, that is dedicated and passionate about their job, also they are willing to go beyond and above to make share that the consumer is satisfied. We requested Trevor's services again to troubleshoot the needs of our old unit and make repairs to get it back in working condition. As always, he was very prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and successful with the repairs. He cleaned the years of debris out of the unit as well to maximize its potential. Trevor was great! We had a problem with strange odors in out HVAC system. His expertise really came through in tracing the possible causes of the problem, providing temporary corrections, and suggestions for preventing future issues. Pricing was clear before any work was performed, and he provided several options for permanent corrections/upgrades, without providing in "upselling". He worked unhurried and with minimal disruption to the household. His communication skills abd demeanor were excellent and reflect well on the company as a whole. Anderson Is a locally owned and operated, so if you are looking to support a local business, I would not hesitate to call Anderson for all your heating and cooling needs.

We have never used anyone but Anderson Heating and air. They are the best. Today, we needed them again. They were very prompt in responding. The technician was so nice and friendly. He asked several questions so he would know where to begin. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me several options to fix the issue. I have always trusted what they say is wrong. They have never tried to pressure me into buying or replacing stuff that I didn't need. He wasn't able to fix it today but he did order the parts. He was able to get it working enough to get us through the cold weather that is heading our way for the next few days.
