I’ve had to use Locklear twice in the past month (for two separate issues) and both times they provided excellent customer service. Shireen on the phone is always super friendly! Brandon was able to find and detect a leak and then recently Alden and his apprentice made my water heater install super quick and painless. They were all friendly and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. Pricing is great with the quality and warranty they provide for their work. I will continue to use them and recommend them!

From start to finish they both conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Lincoln did a fantastic job. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He repaired our mainline leak, added a water pressure regulator, and replaced a faulty water shut off.

Locklear Plumbing did a great job replacing our very very old gas water heater with a new one and not only that, but it is now up to code. I can’t say enough about how Colby kept us updated each step of the way.

Cobey and his assistant arrived on time, introduced themselves, examined the job, and prepared a quote for costs, including some optional services. Once we agreed on the work and costs, they did exactly what we agreed on, carefully cleaned up after themselves, and hauled off the old toilet.

They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Cost was a little higher than I expected, but not unreasonable. I would definitely recommend Locklear, and will use them again if I need plumbing work.

The technician showed up and was super nice and polite. I needed the expansion tank replaced on my water heater. I already had the parts, which cost me 45$ at Home Depot. These guys wanted 400 to switch out the tank with the parts I was providing. They also recommended replacing my pressure regulator valve for another $430.00. Professional price gouging with a smile. I only called these guys because they installed the water heater in the first place. I guess return customers mean very little to them. Should have called Weaver from the beginning! Oh, and I got to pay them 45$ for the attempted price gouging! I will pray for you guys: where you’re headed there’s little need for plumbers, as water isn’t very prevalent in that destination!

We needed to move some water pipes to fit our new washer in our laundry room and John and Lincoln were absolutely amazing! They were so informative and helpful, they were quick to get the work done and just incredible! Great people, great service, will continue to hire them for anything we need plumbing wise!!
