If I could give these guys 10 STARS I would. About 5:30 pm on a Thursday, a giant tree fell through our roof during a terrible storm. Our insurance company told us good luck finding a tree service that could get to us right away. Luckily, I ran across 770 Arborist Emergency Tree & Crane Service online. The next morning, Mark, the owner, answered my call and with in a few hours, he had an entire crew at my house with a huge crane, bobcat, chipper, trucks, chainsaws, tarps and everything needed for the job. His crew worked well into the night and throughout a horrible lightning storm. Most companies would have wrapped it up at dark! But not these guys! We watched in amazement as two guys were lifted by the crane, 30+ feet in the air, swinging from ropes like spiderman in pouring down rain and lightning making sure that our house was tarped and dried in before they left! They had all of the debris cleaned up from what turned out to be 3 giant trees within a couple of days. Mark spent countless hours on the phone with us and our insurance adjuster to make sure that we were taken care of.
There is no way in this world I would ever call a different tree service!
Thank you again Mark for not only your incredible service, but vast knowledge of the navigation of the insurance claims process!
You are truly a credit to your industry and an all-around good guy and hero!

Mark and team did a great job - worked directly with the Insurance company, for our Emergency tree removal, cleaned out within 24 hours and back on track now. Highly recommend for your tree removal needs.

If it were possible to give separate reviews for the work done vs. how our case was handled, I would. We had part of a tree come down in our backyard this summer that damaged part of a garden structure. 770 Arborist was the first company to call us back. We looked at the pricing, which seemed reasonable, but we clearly did not understand what would be required to complete the job, or what the company would deem necessary. I asked lots of questions, and was assured that insurance would take care of it. The workers that came and did the job were amazing, kind, respectful, and worked efficiently taking care to not damage plants while removing debris.
We did not get an invoice until after we spoke to insurance, which seemed unusual. I get the feeling that they were waiting to see what insurance would cover so they could then charge more. The owner assured me that this is how they always do it, going back and forth with prices until all is settled. Well, our insurance company (they were so helpful and sent us a check for a little over $5,000, which is way more than I was anticipating considering our house wasn't involved) did not want to play their game. 770 Arborist eventually sent us an invoice for around $13,000. I don't know if they took a look at our address and figured we could afford it, but I (teacher and single mom of 2, who is also taking care of my aging father with health problems and a fixed income) just can't.
They do great work, but please carefully read everything closely. Whatever you think would be reasonable to charge, go ahead and double or triple it to save yourself the shock.
I've learned my lesson.
