There is a saying about Contractors-- when you find a GREAT one you don't share!! BUT Jon and his team deserve the recognition because he is indeed a GREAT one! He is not only a great craftsman-- he is a great guy. We have enjoyed working alongside him tremendously and his work speaks for itself. We have never worked together before, our PM 912 Living connected us together and now we are about $60,000 into a very extensive job with him leading the way. He is ahead of schedule, extremely attention to detail, he is a man of integrity and a man of God. He will have our business until he stops wanting to work so hard. Until then, Jon is the real deal!! John and team did a fantastic job replacing our 30+ year old deck. I originally planned this as a DIY project to replace the deck boards, but quickly realized the underlying structure was not salvageable. John came up with the design and executed on it start to finish. The end result is a beautiful outdoor space that should last us another 30 years.

They kept me informed of what was happening and what the next step was. Even with weather delays everything was completed in a timely manner. Very professional. I 100% plan on hiring them again to undo a project another crew completed because of the quality of work they did for me. Jeff allowed me to walk around and spit ideas of what my end goal was and he helped me make a plan for how projects should be completed.

If you want to work with a contractor who is awesome and does work that is top notch quality then look no further. And did I mention is trustworthy and a man of his word?.. Well his is that too. His crew is also a good group of guys. Also Jon has an eye for design and materials.. when he makes a suggestion you should consider it. Jon worked with me on a house that a tree almost demolished . Jon and his crew were amazing to work with throughout the entire repair process. We had water damage that affected both of our kids bedrooms, their bathroom and an adjacent playroom. From the initial walk through to completion, the crew did a great job. The timing is never good for these types of things but we were having our sons birthday party in 2 weeks and with several out of town family members coming and staying at our house, it would have been pretty rough with half of a house out of commission. The original plan, because of other jobs on his schedule already, was to be able to squeeze us in to at least repair the collapsed ceiling and replace the drywall on the walls. This would allow us to at least put air mattresses in the rooms for sleeping and we’d be able to run the AC on that side of the house with the ceiling repaired. Then he would come back and finish after the family left.

We ended up being out of town the weekend prior to the party, and he texted us for paint colors. We were a little shocked that they were that far along already. Needless to say, they finished all the work the day before the party! Such an amazing feeling! For Jon and his crew to be able to complete all the rest of the work (crown molding, trim molding, bathroom vanity, toilet, plumbing, electrical, water heater, etc.) was unbelievable. Especially since it was a last minute job that he had to schedule around his current jobs. He knew the situation we were in and totally outperformed our expectations!

We were so lucky to have hired Jon for this job and would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
