My first Experience with a cleaning service was with Sponge and Sparkle and Paulette was my cleaning professional. She did beyond a five start cleaning service. She also has a very warm and out going personality. I would highly recommend Paulette and the sponge And Sparkle cleaning service.

I would not use this cleaning company again. The best person was Antonia. Unfortunately, she was only one of 3 that showed up to clean my home. Areas were missed (see photos) and I had to have another cleaning crew come to clean my home. Poor Quality. In response to your post, you failed to mention one of the things you requested was for me to delete my review in exchange for a deeply discounted or free cleaning service. I was not interested in that because of the way you and your team responded to my initial calls regarding my dissatisfaction. I have to wonder if the exemplary ratings that you receive is because you request customers delete the negative ones. I hope my review gives other potential customers a balanced view of your services. It’s important to also mention your offers to remedy the situation came after I posted my review.

Very happy with sponge and sparkle! They were very accommodating with my schedule, came in when I wasn’t home and did an excellent job with sweet, personal touches added. I would absolutely reach out again next time I need a good clean!

Jessica was my sparkler for the day and she did an amazing job. She is very detailed and you can tell she cares about your home. I am so happy she was my sparkler and not to mention, we had a great conversation. I’m looking forward to my next cleaning.

Casha has been cleaning our home recently and she is AMAZING. Her attention to detail is incredible. Not only does she add such nice little touches to keep our home looking orderly, she works so hard to get it really clean. She’s the best house cleaner I’ve ever had. So glad she is our “Sparkler”!! Adding a few pics of the gorgeous little touches that go above and beyond.

I booked this service for my friend who can’t clean her home right now. It was so bad she called the company back 6 times to speak to someone about the bad job and nobody would return her call. They told her they would steam mop her floors, they brought a darn swiffer!! Her house is still dirty. The floors are sticky for whatever reason, and the girl used my friends bleach, lost the top, and left the bleach just sitting on the floor and didn’t say anything. She barely vacuumed and just did a horrible job. Nobody will return my friends calls, or send anyone back out to do it properly. Save your 200$ and go with a company who will actually clean. These people should be ashamed of themselves

Edit: Eric Pearson came to fix it and he really went above and beyond to fix the clean. He really tried to make sure my friend is satisfied before he left. Leaving off a star because apparently I’m ignorant, and that was uncalled for. BUT he did do a really good job my friend is very happy now. Thank you

Sponge and Sparkle has been cleaning our home every other week for over a decade. The service is very professional and reliable, and the folks who take care of our home work hard and are personable and respectful. I really appreciate all of the “sparklers” who have shown care to my home over the years!

We just had our first cleaning with Sponge and Sparkle and all I can say is WOW! Jessica did an outstanding job cleaning, was friendly and professional, and a joy to work with. It took a few misses with other cleaning companies, but Sponge and Sparkle is a hit! Can't wait to have them back.

I cannot say enough about Sponge & Sparkle from the initial connection with Caprice, who comprehensively explained to me what services they provide, followed by the matching of cleaners and scheduling, to the actual cleaning service providers (Antonia & Gaitlyn) themselves -- they were all extremely professional, thorough and kindhearted. As a professional myself I was very impressed by their communication, workflow, communication and the girls attention to detail in navigating and cleaning our home. Amazing! My first experience, I ordered a deep clean and what I got was a detailed thorough room to room corner to corner floor to ceiling cleaning. Carmen was amazing. Highly recommend. Pointed out some specific areas I haven’t even thought about, very detailed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cleaning staff were so nice and kind. I felt very safe having them in my home. I paid for a deep clean but there were a few detailed areas that were missed (ceiling fan, sink drip pan, etc.). So some areas should have been covered given the deep clean price tag but I am willing to try the service one more time.

Carmen and Casha did a phenomenal job on the move-in cleaning at my new property. I was very impressed with how diligent they were and the results afterwards. I will be signing on to do monthly services after this.

This is the third or fourth time we’ve used this company’s services, and they’ve done a great job every time. Jessica gave our home a deep clean today, and it was spotless from front to back! From the neat vacuum lines on the couch, to the shining kitchen cabinets and hairless floors (when we have 3 pets), we couldn’t be happier. She also remembered cleaning our home almost a year ago and brought two cat toys for our pets. 🥹 It feels so nice to sit and enjoy our clean home. Thank you, Jessica! We appreciate you! And we will be requesting her next time. 🙂

My husband and I both have busy schedules and are often away from home, so having a reliable cleaning service once a month has been such a gift. It gives us the chance to focus on errands, relax, and spend quality time together instead of worrying about the apartment.

We’ve tried several cleaning companies in the past, and none compare. Casha has cleaned our apartment twice now, and each visit has been outstanding. She brings such a positive attitude, takes the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we’re looking for, and consistently goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just clean around things — she gets underneath and behind them. Her attention to detail and personal initiative truly set her apart.

We are so grateful to have found Sponge and Sparkle and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I was unfortunately a bit disappointed with the overall quality of the cleaning service. For what was advertised as a deep cleaning, it felt like I was constantly having to request tasks that I assumed were already included in the service I paid for. While some areas were cleaned, several important details were overlooked.

For example, the kitchen sink was still dirty afterward—plates, forks, and knives were left unwashed. Floor mats and bed sheets were not put back in place or arranged, and it felt as though we were expected to do that ourselves. Given that we booked a fixed-time deep cleaning, we expected the team to use that time to cover the entire house without us having to insist or feel uncomfortable for asking.

We were especially surprised to return to a master bedroom with an unmade bed. When we asked why, we were told the sheets weren’t available, but even after providing them, the bed still wasn’t made. Additionally, the trash cans were left dirty and uncleaned, which was unexpected for a deep-clean service.

Overall, while some cleaning was done, the attention to detail and completeness fell short of our expectations. I’ve included photos for reference.
