These guys were nothing but amazing and professional! I shopped for months to find a grill. I had a built in grill from 18 years ago that finally went and they were able to get an artisan grill to fit but rebuilding the stonework around my built in counter. They also sized a larger refrigerator to match. Everything was spotless when they left!

This is my second time having Phillip clean my grill, and it’s like getting a premium detailing service for your car. He shows up fully prepared and leaves the grill looking practically brand new. He doesn’t just clean it—he services it and ensures everything is running efficiently. I highly recommend him!

Phillip and his company did an outstanding job! I hired Grill Service Pros to clean my 36 inch professional Lynx built-in grill that’s about 13 years old and vent hood, neither of which has been deep cleaned. I’m an avid griller so there was quite a bit of buildup on the interior of the grill. Philip exceeded my expectations. The grill and vent hood looks AMAZING and practically brand new! He also replaced two faulty burner switches. Communication and professionalism was great. Good quality grills are a big investment so definitely will be hiring them for all my future grill needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Wow. Philip did an amazing job cleaning our grill. From the start, he was very responsive and on time. He knows so much and taught me tons on how to make our unit safer and how to maintain/clean effectively. Our grill looks like new after his deep clean. Very happy with the service!

Philip was in our neighborhood working on another neighbors grill. I approached him about the need to swap out the fire box onour Broil King Grill. He stopped by, diagnosed, and within an hour our grill was like new! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend using Grill Services Pro. Phillip was very communicative, pleasant and answered messages quickly. He came to give an estimate the next day on the repair work and a cleaning. His price was fair and he was very upfront about what was needed. He communicated multiple times throughout the process regarding when the parts would arrive and once they did, when he would be out there to finish the job. I thought I was going to have to drop several thousand for a new built in grill but now I have a new looking perfectly working grill for a quarter of the price. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price and the end result.

My eleven year old grill was in need of a good cleaning and some minor repairs to lights and igniters. The professional Grill Service Pros team did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work.

We just had our Bull grill cleaned by Phillip. It’s amazing how good it looks now, just like new. We love the fact that he uses a self contained process so there is no mess on our deck or grounds. Wonderful service overall and the products used are non toxic. We plan to have him do a deep clean once a year to keep our grill looking like new.

On rare occasions I am pleased to write a review for an especially fine experience. My five year old grill had not ever been properly serviced and cleaned, and so I was encouraged to read feedback from others who used Grill Service Pros. The work that Philip and his assistant did was simply amazing. The finished, cleaned, and polished grill did look absolutely new, but what impressed me was the attention to detail to ensure the grill functioned properly and safely. Philip did a thorough examination and cleaned all ignition and burner components, replaced the faulty thermostat, replaced a few missing pins that hold heat diffusers, repaired a cover hinge, replaced missing screws and etc., and provided a warranty claim contact to replace a broken warmer grill and knob rubber covers that were under warranty. It was abundantly clear that doing the job to perfection is just the way these guys work - no matter how long it takes. I highly recommend them for grill service, advice and cleaning.

Had a great experience from start to finish with Grill Service Pros. The communication before the appointment was excellent, and Philip and Spencer arrived right on time. They were very professional and did an incredible job cleaning my island grill—it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve used another service in the past and was always left a little disappointed. I honestly wish I had known about Grill Service Pros sooner. Philip was especially knowledgeable and detail-oriented—you can tell he takes real pride in his work, which is rare these days. While chatting, I mentioned an old Weber free-standing grill I had stored away, and he even offered to take a look and gave great advice on how to get it running again. Highly recommend!

Phil and I spoke before his arrival about my grill issue. He recommended I reach out to my grill’s manufacturer for a part in advance. Turned out to be a great call. Phil’s knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. If I have any issues with my grill in the future, Grill Service Pros will be my go to.
