To be clear, my review has nothing to do with work and everything to do with unprofessionalism and communication. I found this company on Groupon and before I purchased the Groupon, I called and asked a few questions about carpet cleaning. After speaking with the person who answered I told him I would go buy the Groupon, so he gave me an appointment from 2pm to 8pm on 12/7. I work per diem and took the day off to move some furniture items around so the technicians could get everywhere. At around 2, I called and asked to confirm that the appointment was still on and the person who answered said they were at a big job and needed to call me back when they got near the schedule but never called me back. By 7:30 pm I decided to call to find out what time they were going to get here because it was getting late. The person who answered says that he was down a technician and he wasn't going to make it. My problem was the lack of consideration for my time. If you schedule enough appointments for 2 technicians and 1 is out sick, it would seem to me that you know you are not going to make all of the appointments and you should start making calls as early as possible to see who you can reschedule. So, he tells me that he can reschedule and upgrade me to the premium package. I asked him to send me something confirming this in the event he forgot. He told me to text him and that he would reply. I text him everything we spoke about and the new appointment date and time and he didn't reply. Today, I text him to confirm that he is coming tomorrow and no answer. I can't do business with a company that assumes people have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for them to decide whether they are showing up or not. In any event I never got to see if they do good work because he never showed up. I traded my Groupon in do to lack of communication.

Found them on Groupon. They did a great job and I’ll use them again! They cleaned my air ducts, 2 ac units, dryer vent, and chimney. Three gentlemen showed up and worked together to get the job done. Just a regular group of guys working hard to make a living!
