Zurn had Master plumber Micheal out today to address my issue. I could not have ask for anything to be better about this service call. Micheal Introduced himself and handed me his card. He inspected the issue and told me what he could do to fix, got my approval and went to work. About 2.5 hours after my initial call the work was done for a price that was fair. He also asked me about any other issues i may be having that he could help with and there was a clogged bathroom sink we had been nursing. He fixed that too then Cleaned up the work area and wore shoe covers in the home. 5 Star experience from start to finish.

After flooding part of our basement, we had a Nation brand company tell us they would need to dig up our basement floor to repair a bow in the sewage pipe. We were referred to Zurn Plumbing Service for a second opinion. Two guys showed up, were very professional, ran their camera into the sewer to check if the first assessment was correct.

Thankfully they found no bow in our sewer pipe so we didn't need to sacrifice our new hardwood floor. Power flush was the recommendation. Saved us about seven thousand dollars.

Call these guys, you won't be sorry.

My father and I have both used Zurn Plumbing for both our houses and our businesses, and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are prompt, professional, and fair. Randy Heimlich was the technician who serviced our home and he did outstanding work. He repaired (rather than replace) our out-of-production kitchen faucet because it fit perfectly in our space. He discovered a major botched installation by our remodeler on a toilet and repaired it. With a lot of work he repaired it without having to run new pipe, saving us a lot of money.

Zurn is our "go to" plumber.

OMG...First let me say, that I don't trust contractors. It often feels like they are attempting to get over on me. However, we have to deal with them. We had a leak. We very much though it appeared to be a leak that we just had repaired and went through our insurance company, had mitigation, had to stay in a hotel for a month for our house to be put back together in a livable status again. After calling around to various plumbers, I landed on Zurn Plumbing. Boy, oh, boy am I glad I did. From the first phone call, I felt like I was talking to family. The lady who answers the phone, Dawn, is the kindest person on the face of the earth. We literally talked for like 45 minutes. I felt like she was my homegirl. She scheduled my plumbers to come out the next business day. They arrived within the window of time given. They called 30 mins before their arrival to let me know they were in route. They listened to my call with Dawn to understand my problem prior to their arrival!!! Who Does That??? An Amazing Plumber like Joe at Zurn, that's who! When they arrived you talk about the sweetest plumbers you will ever meet in your life...that's right...Joe and Von. They wore their masks without me asking. They wore shoe covers without me asking. Joe gave me a recommendation that saved my husband and I at least $600, which clearly showed his honesty, fairness, and transparency. My husband and I literally fell in love with him instantly (in a professional way of course...no funny business here). What we needed him to repair, he did so, both quickly and professionally. AND he even noticed a small crack that he knew would cause us to need a plumber again in the future. He did not ignore it, or try to tamper with it to make it worse. No, he is not your average contractor that I told you I don't trust earlier. On the contrary, HE FREAKIN REPAIRED IT on the house, knowing the plumbing drama my husband and I had just gone through!!! I totally asked if I could tip him. He refused. He said even better than a tip is a review. Thus, it is my absolute pleasure to write this review! We are definitely customers for every plumbing need (hopefully we don't have anymore) we may have in the future!

Noticed late Saturday that I wasn't getting much hot water, only to discover my pilot light was out. Tried to relight it unsuccessfully, and determined something else was going on. I called Zurn when they opened, (after having called another service who couldn't come until late Wednesday), and Zurn had someone here by 11a.m. Two really nice technicians, who not only repaired my heater, but cleaned the nasty dust, dirt, etc that was in the area where it's located. Without a doubt, they will remain my "go to" plumbing service in the future.

Zurn Plumbing came to the rescue after another plumbing company installed water heaters incorrectly and did a mainline repair job incorrectly that resulted in flooding of our entire lower level. They were professional and skilled at their job—top notch plumbers. We highly recommend them !

Zurn did a great job on a plumbing inspection for a client of our! You can't beat their $100 offer to inspect the sewer line with a camera! Amazing job, fast and accurate. Will definitely use them again!!!

Oswaldo Ramirez was an excellent technician. He arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed our problem and worked efficiently to take care of our leak. He expired each step, cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Zurn Plumbing Services and Oswaldo, you will not be disappointed in the level of service and communication.

Matt and Cody came out to diagnosis a water heater issue and a drippy kitchen faucet. Matt was professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, he answered all my many questions with patience.

A few days later, I dropped a piece of jewelry down the drain in my bathroom sink. I called Zurn and spoke to Eric. ( I think that was his name.) I felt he was as concerned as I was. He had someone at my house within 30 minutes. Lucky for me Cody showed up and became my plumbing hero. He recovered my jewelry and cleaned the pipe while he had it disassembled. Thanks, guys!

I had a sewer line leak at our home about 2 months ago that ended up being very challenging because the main fiber optic and gas lines for Dunwoody ran over the sewer. I had a dozen companies provide quotes - over half said they wouldn't even touch the job. Zurn ended up bidding immediately at half the price of anybody else, and they got the job done in days despite being fully booked for months. Just an awesome, professional, and affordable experience. Thank you to both Matts for all the help!

So Zurn is not going to be the cheapest option. But honestly, cheap is probably not the right choice when it comes to plumbing anyways. I've figured that out the hard way over the years. Zurn is extremely professional and prompt. Their techs are always super competent, polite and respectful and I simply have total confidence that the problem is being fixed and that it's being fixed the right way. I don't do a ton of online reviews but Zurn is fantastic. They might be a bit more expensive but when it's fixed right the first time you actually save money in the long run.

I called Zurn plumbing for the first time to bring some of my plumbing up to code so I could have some new appliances installed. They were able to schedule me quickly and coordinate their arrival with my schedule. Zane did a great job telling me what he was going to do and stuck with his quote. He was very professional as was the office staff that I worked with. I would definitely recommend them to others in the future!

Wow! My parents' water heater stopped working. I called Zurn and Charlton was out within the hour and fixed it! Thank you so much for the fast and professional service. We will definitely use you again!

This company is EXACTLY who you want to show up for your plumbing needs. The people inside the office are professional and courteous. The people in the field are timely and very knowledgeable. After going through 2 very bad experiences, I was recommended Zurn by a friend and I will never call another company for my plumbing needs. Zurn unclogged a toilet drain line that was stuffed with makeup wipes that my daughter flushed. The clog was far down the drain from the toilet so they had to cut into the drain line to removed the clog. Our techs, Matt and Jacob, knocked out the problem in no time and when they left, you'd never know they were there. NO mess. I expected to clean something after all that messy work. Nope. Incredibly great service and professionalism. This is the company you want to use!

After trying other plumbers, we decided to try Zurn from the recommendation from our insurance broker. Ted and his team have always been upfront, timely, well priced, professional, and attentive. We've had them do everything from fixing small leaks, replacing hose bibs, up to decommissioning our septic and connecting us to sewer. We will continue to use and recommend Zurn.

Matt and his team are excellent, second to none. Their customer service and response time is outstanding. I am always pleased with their product quality and never disappointed. Matt and Bryan from Zurn came to our home yesterday and repaired our shower (it was only giving hot water). They had given me an estimate, but when they finished earlier than expected, they knocked 25% off the price. They were so friendly. I highly recommend Zurn. Talk with Sean (Shawn?) and he'll schedule your appointment! They're excellent. This was the 3rd job they've done for us.

The experience from my first call to Chris was superb. He sent Oswaldo and another gentleman to check things out and make recommendations. They then provided me with written estimates in a timely manner. I signed off on the estimates and a couple of crews arrived in a timely fashion and got their work done and checked in with me from time to time to have a look or simply to let me know how things were going. I'd call them again in a heartbeat when I need a plumber!
