Our air went out over night. I sent them a message and our technician, Conner, was here by 10! Within no time, they had the air up and running all for a great price! I will never use another company as long as these guys are in business!

Everywhere else we called was closed or unable to come until Monday and it's Saturday. I have a brain tumor and I am diabetic. I was getting sick from the heat!! I called Artic Air and was told she would tell the technician. 30 min and we are all fixed up!! We feel like prices were fair as well!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Had a new unit put in yesterday. Austin and papaw got here about 10:30am worked all day to get it installed. Very professional easy to talk too answered all questions I had and informed me on what they were doing. I want to thank them for for getting air back into our home. Best money we ever spent. Thank you!!!

Our AC had been leaking for some time but no one could find/repair the leak. Travis came out within the hour from my call and discovered the leak, made the necessary repair and got our AC up and running while we ran to grab a bite to eat. Did I mention the fact that when I called he was finishing up his “last call” of the day on a Friday evening. We will never be able to thank him enough. You guys are FANTASTIC!

Warranty work always makes me nervous. This is our second home we've built and we've had horrible experiences with companies coming back to take care of an issue covered under warranty. Arctic Air has been a pleasure to work with. They have worked so hard to get every issue taken care of. They go over the top and it is so appreciated!

Great people and great price. Travis took his time and thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done. We had talked to three other companies and none of them offered the level of professionalism and value we received from Artic Air.

Great company. We put in a new central HVAC system. They had the job done way faster then expected and were incredibly professional. I will be using this company again for sure.
