Arctic Air has always taken great care of us. We have had them install a couple of systems and they’ve always taken care of our service as well. I’ve dealt with a lot of companies in my life and quite frankly, Bill and his crew definitely prioritize their customers.

The best in the business. Hands down. Bill and his guys have the best customer service along with the knowledge needed to fix all of your heating and air needs. They have serviced both my home and my business. Conner is great! They always call before showing up and they are super personable. That always goes a long way here in the south! I refuse to use anyone else! These are your guys!

Great experience with Arctic Air! Bill & his team are top notch. Tyler was very prompt, polite, & knowledgeable! He came out same-day and got our unit cooling again in under an hour. My dad, Danny Wise, owned and operated Total Comfort Heating and Air for over 30 years, so when he retired I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find a great heating and cooling specialist. So glad to have found Arctic Air- they have a customer for life!

Super nice people, highly recommend Artic Air. I had to call them twice in one day and the owner made sure someone was at my residence to fix my unit, they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Had the unfortunate luck to encounter an employee from this company today on the roadway. Totally aggressive, impatient and wreck-less driving. You should drive with integrity and compassion when representing a company on your vehicle.

From August 2023: HVAC Tech was 2.5 hours late, with NO COURTESY CALL...After less than 15 mins, he determined the problem was a tripped breaker. Did not leave any kind of paperwork to document the service call, or tell us how much the charge would be. A few days later, the $165 bill arrives..Chose to ignore the bill, till Feb. 2024. Contacted the owner with the concerns above, asking for some consideration, to which, the owner William Jennings was unsympathetic or concerned about Customer Service...CONSUMER BEWARE!
