Rafael was nice to deal with at the beginning. We had agreed that I was paying the invoice by check when the entire job was complete. The office manager was etremely rude to us and they left my yard in a mess. Also I was forced to pay before the job was complete.
I am going to make sure that the staff in Soleil will hear about this. Very Unhappy with Premier Tree solutions. NEVER USE THEM!

Premier was very professional, the most reasonably priced of the many services who gave us estimates, and they were timely and accurate with their communication. They were also really patient with my crazy dogs, cat, and napping babies which is always a plus!

Premier Tree just removed an enormous tree from my property yesterday and pruned another tree. Their staff sent me a reminder and showed up exactly when they said they would. Everyone from the owner to the ladies in the office to the folks who came out to chop down my tree is nice as can be. They did a fabulous job removing our tree - which stood about 5 feet from our house - and left no mess whatsoever. The tree that needed pruning looked "spiderey" and its branches came dangerously close to power lines. It now looks like a completely different (better) tree.
We bought our house 7 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with people coming to service our property but Premier Tree Solutions provided exceptional and friendly service. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I had two large trees and a smaller one removed from my front yard. It was the cleanest tree removal EVER. Aside from the stumps, you could not tell they had been there. All the debris was gone. It was wonderful. Absolutely amazing Tree Service.

Very professional and knowledgeable. There are a lot of tree companies, but having a company like this one that sends out a certified arborist makes a huge difference. I am very happy with their work and I would highly recommend this company. They did an awesome job.

We have used Premier Tree Solutions on several occasions for landscape solutions and for handling problems arising from fallen trees\branches. On this occasion PTS handled fallen branches and a tree removal necessitated by bad weather. Consistent with our past experience, PTS performed promptly, skillfully, and at a reasonable price. We'll be calling them again when the need arises.

We had Premier Tree Solutions take down 22 trees on our property. Everybody I dealt with from the crews on site, office staff, and the owner Jeff, were extremely courteous & professional. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

They were responsive. Jeff came out for the estimate and the job was placed on the schedule not even a week later upon agreeing to the proposal. I've had other places that were unable to schedule a job for a month. The crew came out and re-confirmed with me on the details of the job making sure that I understood what was to be done and the type of equipment. They did a thorough clean up as the job finished. I will recommend them and use them again for any future needs.

These guys are not professional and utterly rude, and disrespectful. I will make sure we avoid them when clearing out our backyard based upon my observation of their inconsideration for homeowners. They were not doing work in our neighborhood but decided to park in our private community right in front of my home, to sit for an hour on break. Instead of going to a huge parking lot right up the road they chose to make all of our neighbors swerve into the lane for the cars trying to enter our neighborhood, causing chaos. Literally the worst place to choose to sit. They didn’t care or pay attention to the issues they were causing. I called the company and the lady on the phone was “friendly” but never once apologized. She did say she would call them and ask them to move. Within a short time another one of their trucks enters our neighborhood presumably a buddy of theirs coming to tell them to move. He decided to use my lawn to tramp across after my husband just seeded it yesterday. Then he stood on my lawn while spitting on it repeatedly, again, and again, and again while having a conversation with his buddy. I can only interpret the repeated spitting (while he looked toward our house) as blatant disrespect because we were the ones to call the company and ask for his buddies to move. Our neighbor across the street in this time frame tried to get out of her steep driveway and could barely turn to get out because of where they had parked. Zero awareness or consideration for a company whom isn’t even doing work in our small neighborhood to use it as their hangout.

I would never call “men” like that to do work around my home. Clearly they are not gentlemen nor trained in professionalism.

After Rafael came out and gave me an estimate, I received a detailed proposal in my email later that day. Less than a week later, your crew came out and trimmed two 25' plus trees in my backyard that were close to my house and deck. Great care was taken to preserve the structural integrity, while making sure that the trees retained the privacy that I appreciate so much. When the job was finished, my deck was blown off, and my yard was thoroughly cleaned, including a 5' dead limb that I had put near my deck, thinking that I would have to cut it up for yard waste pick up later. The lead man Connor communicated very well with me and his crew, and the results speak for themselves.

Can’t say enough about the unbelievable job Steven and the crew did at my house! Raphael said they would be there at 8 AM, they were there at 7:45 AM. He said they would clean it up, it looked better than it did when they started. The crew was SAFE, methodical, efficient, informative and professional. The trucks, machinery and even the chainsaws (wish mine worked that well) were spotless. Once the job was complete, Steven made sure I looked over the areas of disturbance left behind and that I was happy with the results before they departed. Honestly, I couldn’t believe it fared as well as it did! It was a job WELL DONE!
I will definitely recommend PTS to neighbors/friends any chance I get.
