Reviews of local pros in Clarkston, Georgia

EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL AREAS, especially customer service. I’ve had my furniture 15 yrs and never had it cleaned before. Chris removed not only the stains, yet the lint balls that were on my couch and love seat. All grease stains where I had my head was removed Chris informed it might not come out completely, yet they did. He took his time. He treated the furniture first. Reasonable prices. He spent over 2 hours in my furniture. It looks just as I bought it from Rooms to go. He’s very polite and up front before he starts cleaning. I would recommend him to everyone. I’m very pleased with his work!!!

If you are looking for a good carpet cleaning, I suggest you call Nu Cleaning Service. My carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and described every step of the process and even gave me suggestions moving forward. The customer service was top tier. I will most definitely use them again. 10 out of 10!!!!

We recently had a couple of chairs cleaned by Nu Clean Carpet and Upholstery. They did a marvelous job on the chairs. They look brand new. Our interactions with Chris and Valerie were very professional. They were thorough in explaining their cleaning process and how to care for the chairs after they were cleaned. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Chris and Valerie were very responsive, on time, and extremely pleasant to work with. My carpets are originally off white but for the past few years you would think they were a desert red tone from all the red clay in our backyard. They did an amazing job bringing it back to its original color with a new cherry smell. Chris even cleaned the carpet under our mattress, which in my view is above and beyond what I thought they would do. Highly recommend.

I found NU Clean on Craigslist , I reached out to them to see about getting my carpet cleaned. They were very responsive and professional when it came to answering all
My questions and concerns . Once they came to the house they gave me a very thorough run down on what their process was and also if they feel like I needed any other recommendations . I got a total of 4 rooms cleaned along with a hallway and my stairs . My carpet looked brand new after they cleaned it!!!!!!! I was overly pleased with the job they did! Thank you sooo much for your exceptional service! I will definitely be using you all again!!!

Wonderful customer service and meticulous in providing topnotch work! I can't recommend this company highly enough. There was a problem with the initial cleaning and they went above and beyond to address my concerns after hours and came out the next morning to fix the issue. I will always use this company in the future. You should too. You'll be glad you did. Get the spa treatment and your rug will be like new!

Amazing service! Great communication and an extremely thorough job. Both Valerie and Chris are very knowledgeable about how to care for upholstery and made my couch feel fresh and clean!

Called them at 9 am, came in by 1pm that day, did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, we have 3 dogs, extremely happy with their work and how they paid attention to details and made our carpet like its brand new.

Totally exceeded my expectations. The carpet in my brother’s rooming home/padsplit was so dirty, we thought we had to replace it. Nu Clean got it back looking new and fluffy. It was unbelievable and they will be my carpet cleaners for ever. Chris and Val did the job and they were professional, courteous and punctual.

Chris and his wife did an amazing job cleaning our office carpets and vinyl flooring. Left the place smelling brand new and looking like it also. Excellent same day service, communication and customer service. Will absolutely use again.

Called Nu for upholstery cleaning related to a massive urine stain on my couch. They came and explained the process for large couch pricing and additional chemicals to breakdown the urine minerals. The couch was visibly cleaner and smelling super fresh. They dilligently went over the problem areas muliple times for more than 2 hours + service time on my large couch with pillows. Friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely be using their services again.

Chris and Val did a wonderful job cleaning my couches, chair and ottoman. They were friendly, professional and was on time. I would recommend their services for upholstery cleaning. I absolutely love my couches after the cleaning.

Chris and Valerie did a great job for a great price. Nu Clean is a perfect name for the company. Our 8 year old couch that has 120 pounds of dogs jumping on it really does look brand new after they worked their magic! Highly recommend them.
