My family has used Veterans Carpet Cleaning in my brother's home, dad's home, and now mine all in the last 4 months. They are professional, friendly, thorough, and have wonderful prices! After living in my home for nearly 13 years and only doing spot cleaning on our carpets at times, Veteran Carpet Cleaners made my carpets look nearly new! I will definitley hire them again and recommend them to others.

Cliff displayed a high level of professionalism as he thoroughly explained the process of the areas he cleaned and all his actions during his visit. Clifton was amazing. He checked out the rooms first. Came in a detailed the carpet by vacumming and spot checking then took the vacuum hose and got all the corners and wall trim areas and then went to work. My carpet had some dog stains from our Great Dane slobbering and a couple of throw up spots . Our carpet looks fantastic. I'm a huge fan of how the lines look, he was very kind and I was shocked that at the end he put plastic under my wood rocking chairs so they wouldn't get damaged. Amazing work . Call them immediately. ❤️

I had the best experience today with Veteran Carpet Cleaning Service Atl, the technician Cliff was the bomb (sorry yall but I’m 65 years old). I only had them to do my spare room that was absolutely filthy and my sectional sofa. When I tell you that he was in and out from start to finish in about 40 minutes and the room and sectional look better than I could have ever imagined! I wasn’t expecting a miracle because that carpet was so dirty, the only room I hadn’t had redone in 25 years but when I tell you it looks amazing…it looks amazing! I highly recommend them without a doubt!

TRYING TO KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH YOUR OWN LIKE ALL OTHER NATIONALITIES IS NOT ALWAYS A GOOD THING… WHY I WAS TOLD THAT THE CARPET WOULD BE ALL ONE COLOR CLEANER LOOK, I PACIFICALLY SENT PICS OF WHAT THEY WOULD BE DEALING WITH. I WAS TOLD ABSOLUTELY… I MUST BE GOING BLIND. IT LOOKS BETTER, BUT NOT NEAR OF WHAT I WAS TOLD OR WHAT I WAS EXPECTING. UPDATE I WAS CLEARLY TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT MY CARPET WOULD BE CLEANED TO ONE COLOR. THE CALL WAS RECORDED. IF I COULD ADD IT TO THIS REVIEW PEOPLE WILL SEE THAT YOU ARE LYING. I ALSO SENT YOU PICTURES AND YOU SAID THAT THE CARPET WOULD BE ONE COLOR……. AND I SAID ARE YOU SURE YOU TEXT ME BACK SAYING ABSOLUTELY !!! AND THE INDIVIDUAL THAT CLEANED THE CARPET SAID NONE OF THE THINGS THAT YOU POSTED ON YOUR RETURN REVIEW

Ok, I had a wool hallway runner and multicolored kitchen that needed attention. I searched online and came across VCCS. After reaching out a few times, planing to meet a the location, not sure if there’s an actual location. (My fault for not following up on meet up time)

They do offer pick up services for a fee, depending on your location. I took advantage of it, placed my rugs neatly in a bag on the front porch for pick up. They didn’t charge for dropping off my rugs.

Now, the cleaning of my rugs were not even exceptional. The wool hallway runner does have a cleaner color, but the pet stains are still slightly visible. My dog even went to the same spot and sniffed! The kitchen are looks EXACTLY the same! I was expecting see the vibrant colors I fell in love with, nope.

-I did appreciate sending a text for payment, but a tap device would be a good idea.

Overall, unfortunately I will not be using VCCS service again. I do wish them the best of luck with all future endeavors!

Kept a lot of conversation but great service and she did better then I expected

If first started bad considering she was 30 minutes but the quality of work was worth it.

As a single full time working mother of 5 kids it’s not easy keeping up with simple everyday duties of cleaning. One thing I really admire was the professionalism. I didn’t feel judged at any point and the team asked me first if they could take pics but I declined. Looking back at it now they should have because they give a whole new meaning to you get what you pay for!!!! Love it! Thank you guys!!!

Very professional and responsible when it comes to being in your personal space. Called for a deep cleaning and got a response back within 24hrs. Would highly recommend you book with them.

I contacted them and needed services for the very next day - the owner rachel was so amazing she came at 10am and DID SOOOO WONDERFUL - she left my house spotless within 3 hours . I will using this service again .
