Do Not Recommend, I'm a Retired Military and a Retired Police Officer and these guys had no problem trying to RIP off my Insurance company.Which had my agent not willing to submit my claim and questioning me.I had to go through someone else in order to get my house repaired on the count of the the things they tried to pull. So think twice before dealing with this company!!! Your response doesn't make any sense, I liked the first one better, it showed your professionalism, and I was never worried about you putting a lien on my property, that's a joke.And if I was trying to keep the money for myself, why would I pay out my pocket for extra things to be done to my house.I just wanted my house repaired, I'm not hurting for money, I'm set well for life. But I'm not going to let anyone get over on me, I believe in things being done fair and I was directed by my Insurance company on everything I did. I can put videos out on who got up the water in my house. Semper Fi !!!

I highly recommend Big Top. Ray came to the rescue and fixed water damage at my house. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I hope I never have this problem again, but if I do, I'll call Big Top. Would recommend to family & friends.

The Big Top LLLP was very professional. They completed a job that was partially started and brought it to fruition. Phenomenal company! I truly recommend them. The owner is a wonderful person that is personable and assist in completing the job, if necessary.

I can't thank Ray and Richard enough for such a great job they have done on my home. They were always very professional and didn't mind the crazy changes I made during the restoration. They came out very quickly the night I had raw sewage in the bottom of my house. They assured me they will get everything looking brand new like nothing ever happen. I will say they surely was able to restore the bottom half of my home and it looks great. I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Ray on a Saturday and he was able to start on my floors the following Monday. I got a great price and the floors are beautiful. He was also able to work with me on any concerns I had on the design and saw the project through to end. Would definitely use again.

Ray made an absolutely HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE an actual breeze!! My downstairs toilet back up and flooded my entire downstairs! I went into a massive panic and was blessed when Ray and Richard ( my angels) came to save the day. They were on top of everything from moving furniture discarding soiled items, taking the necessary pictures for documentation to meeting me at various stores to replace the items! Without them I would have been lost, confused and screwed! They were always on point with communication with me, my insurance company and contractors. My home is even better than before! I would recommend them to any and everyone that ever needs this type of service. I put my trust in the RIGHT team. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for me!
