Please do not use this company or American Home Shield. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. My Samsung refrigerator is still unfixed and it's been since June 2021. I have been calling National Platinum Service and American Home Shield since June 2021 and nothing has been done. I am in the Birmingham/Anniston Alabama area. I have called today (10/4/2021) got a rep and my phone call "accidently" got cut off and I have called several times and no on responded to me. I am beyond disappointed and angry. Please DO NOT USE NATIONAL PLATINUM SERVICES!

I was assigned to this company from my home warranty and these guys came out 3 times and told me every time that nothing was wrong with my freezer and that the loud sound from the fan hitting a block ice was normal. After the 3rd time i was given another company and found out that water line was leaking causeing ice build up and was shortening the power for the fan. Ive currently have 4 parts on order from that company. Each time “national platinum “ came out they never even bothered to remove a screw from the freezer to check the problem. And this is the national platinum service out of Columbus, GA. I also work in maintenance so please don’t give me the “if Item is working properly we are unable to diagnose” excuse because that’s the biggest load of bs ever spoken from anyone who does repair. News flash machines can work and still have issues that can be fixed!

Not Recommended! I purchased a warranty for my expensive fridge. This company is used as a third company for HOME DEPOT WARRANTY service. We loved the job of the first employee, but the second one sent by the manager, Randy Lambert, was a nightmare. His name is James Motos, this employee did not only destroy the first job his colleague did , but he had the audicity of not disclosing it when he was leaving our property . When he was confronting, he was in completely in denial and tried to blame us that we did it, but he was told it was his cowoker who fixed it previously. Also, we have been assisted by many companies for our appliances through Home depot Warranty, all of them have left the old parts, but this one did not honor the request of the owner. Instead, they lied to us stating it was for "Disposal purposes". When we received the invoice it was disclosed as the following "OLD PARTS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE RETURN TO THE OFFICE IN CASE THE ARE CORE PARTS OR FOR AUDITING REASON." All of the actions described here speak volume for us. I would recommend to ask your warranty department to offer you a different company in case they want to send your ticket to this one.
