Had an appointment for today 7/5/2022
To have carpets cleaned. My wife and I worked till 11:30 last night moving furniture out of the rooms upstairs and in basement apartment. The appointment was for 10 am today. At 10 am a man who said he was Gregory called and said his truck broke down Saturday so he would not be here. I asked him why he didn’t call us sooner so we would have not moved everything.
His response He didn’t want to bother us in the holiday. So he waited till the time he was supposed to be here to do the job to say he wasn’t coming. Found reviews online where this has happened before to others. Some said he never called at all, just didn’t come. Will never use this company

I can't speak for anyone else but, as for myself I have never had a problem with using Above & Beyond Carpet Cleaning. Mr. James is always on time and make sure that my Carpet is perfect by the time he leaves. I dont even have to move anything because, he does it for me. The last time he cleaned my carpet he did a deep conditioning treatment at no extra charge due to the condition of the carpet and advised what I needed to do to keep it clean and get stains out. In all the service are excellent and he leaves it looking brand new and the price is very reasonable.

These guys are amazing. Our carpet had not been cleaned in 2 yrs. When they were finished the carpet looks awesome. Also their prices are very reasonable. $65. cleaned 3 rooms, hall & deodorized. We have a cat but more cat odors. I suggest if you want a great job at a fair price give them a call.

Above and beyond is exactly what the name is. Mr James is very professional and very very efficient with his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a professional carpet cleaner. He is very polite and dependable. I'm not just saying this because he is my neighbor lol!

I am not sure who I spoke with, but he was so helpful with answering my questions. I was able to easily schedule an appointment over the phone. The price is super reasonable, I was charged $100 for 3 bedrooms (master's was more than 223sqft) which included the hallway too. He has super reasonable prices for different needs. I was not in town, but he was okay with my cousin opening the doors for him. He finished the job within 1hr30mins and did an amazing job! I've never seen the carpets this clean before. After he completed, I called him to email me a receipt, but he was kind enough to drop a receipt off in my mailbox. I definitely recommend this service! Thank you sir!!

I had the pleasure of Above and Beyond Carpet Care cleaning 3 rooms and a hallway for me today. He was professional, on time, and polite. He cleaned my carpet so good and I was very impressed. There were stains that I thought the only way to get rid of them were to replace the carpet, however he was able to remove them and has my carpet looking darn near new.
