I scheduled MaidPro to get a good clean ahead of having my 10-month-old nephew visiting this weekend and crawling all over the place. Tisha, Kristina, and Hannah showed up at 1:20 (the estimated time was 1:30) and they were absolutely lovely! They were super friendly and asked lots of questions about my preferences for prioritizing areas of my home, moving belongings around, and even the cleaning products they were using. I was doing homework while they were here and Tisha periodically checked in to give me updates on their progress. They did a fantastic job in two hours and I am so glad I already signed up for a recurring monthly service! Additionally, the team at the MaidPro Columbus office made it so easy to schedule over the phone, set up payment, and pass information about arrival times. I highly recommend MaidPro for their amazing hard work and peace of mind in trusting house cleaning to very professional crew!

The owner, Rhonda, was so very nice and helpful setting up the cleaning appointment and making sure every detail we wanted was included! Jennifer and Morgan were great and made our house look so clean! It is the best it has ever looked thanks to them! I would recommend this service to anyone. They provide outstanding service. The owner Rhonda is very friendly and professional. Jennifer is also very nice and professional aswell. Rhonda and Jennifer explained everything exceptionally well. They both came out to our home, as I requested, to provide an in-home estimate. They sent out a team of 4 wonderful ladies. The ladies cleaned our home exceptionally well. We were astounded especially by how well they cleaned such items as the bathtubs, appliances, sinks, and floors. They left our house looking amazingly fresh and clean. The ladies are Jaime, Yolanda, Ivy, and Kimberly. We hope we can get them each time. This was our first time service with maidpro. We highly recommend them, and we definitely plan to use them for routine cleanings going forth.

Very good service provided by Maid Pro for me today. I suddenly found myself without a housekeeper and Rhonda and her team set up service for us very quickly and efficiently. The process was well thought out and the team members did a great job and in the timeframe they estimated. Good service and no surprises or hidden expenses. I would recommend them!

Excellent service!! Jaime and Alexis did a great job! This was my first cleaning with MaidPro. They went through the house with me before starting and discussed what work was to be done along with any special considerations or instructions.

They were prompt, thorough, polite, and easy to talk to. They made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. And they left the house looking fantastic!

We have been working with MaidPro since March, 2025, and have been 100% satisfied with each of our monthly appointments. They are always on time, well prepared and well organized. In addition, they are friendly but professional, always a pleasure to have in our home.

My review somehow didn’t post/remain the first time…but I used MaidPro for a one time cleaning and had two cleaners. One did an outstanding job (Yolanda) and the other not so much. I had other quotes from other companies that came in much lower than MaidPro which ended up being approximately $480 for a one bedroom cleaning (my other rooms are not in use so they were excluded) and 2.5 baths. Other quotes from cleaners in the area came in around $300 or less for the same work but I needed a last minute cleaning and MaidPro could accommodate my tight schedule with easy scheduling.

My home is very small at about 1600 square feet. My initial quote for two people spending 2.25 hours each on job to total 5.50 hour was as follows $432.64 w/ oven clean or $354.64 without oven clean. I admit the master bathroom was a tough area. However, after one maid spent two hours in the bathroom and one maid spent two hours in kitchen -they wiped everything down good but had not swept and mopped-I received a call from Jennifer after two hours stating more time was needed and the price was going to increase to $612 if workers stayed to clean entire house. I spoke to Rhonda (owner) and she advised that the workers were going to g to have to leave when I asked to negotiate price and she originally going to charge me $250 + for only two rooms that were just wiped down and not swept or mopped. I originally was going to dispute the entire cost since the company was unwilling to complete the job leaving me to clean the remaining of the house. However, I offered $150 (which was generous) when Rhonda asked how much I was willing to pay for the time the two maids spent in the home. I appreciated her for asking me that but very unhappy about the company not willing to complete job . I am so disappointed that I came to tears because I was so hopeful to have my home clean and excited to try this new company. I was highly upset and fussed about this because it was not good business practice by this company. I was open to going to $500 but $612 was crazy. The owner was not open to completing the job because I disagreed with price and advised the workers were uncomfortable staying. The workers heard me disagreeing with the company….that was the issue. The little the workers did was decent but advertisement of Maid Pro is very misleading. Why did this company wait for two hours to tell me that the workers only had 45 minutes to spend in my house with only partially completing two rooms? My kitchen is very small. Wiping down oven, counters and cabinets and dryer is not two hours of worked. I have used other companies in past and house was cleaned in about 5 hours and I paid a lot less than what Maid Pro. Lesson learned….I am cleaning my own house going forward.

The pros were so incredibly kind, worked very hard, and I just enjoyed every bit of it! Ayron, Amber, Jaime, and Christine were amazing and I appreciate their hard work!
