Good luck. I paid over $8,000 for a COMPLETE NEW hvac system. I guess that they decided that it was acceptable to finish the foam insulation with old foam and tape that I had from my old hvac system that was over 10 years old. Why couldn’t they grab more materials when they ran out? Why did they decide to use my OLD foam and tape to finish the job? I will never know. Why? I can’t get a soul to call me back. Everyday I call, and everyday I’m told that they will call me. They never do. I feel that they took advantage of me because I’m disabled. I paid for a brand new HVAC system which should have included all new materials. I’m disgusted and disappointed that I gave them my money only to be treated like I don’t matter. They have their money now so I guess nothing else matters 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Technician arrived on time and went to work. Serviced and adjusted the unit and then explained exactly what he had done. Very courteous. Good experience.
