Estimate appointment time 1pm. Approx 1:30pm, office was called by me. Said contractor was closing out another job, & had until 2pm to meet with me. 2:15pm, still no show. Attempt was made to call the office a 2nd time,resulting in no answer.Contractor didnt even inform me concerning estimated time of arrival. Not a good indicator of prompt professional service.

Did not show up to appointment and have not heard from anyone 4 days later. Can’t reach anyone at the numbers listed. Can’t leave a voicemail because mailbox full. Has online chat service but unresponsive. At this point, I will be filling a fraud claim with bank to get a refund for the required up front payment.

They were so incredibly helpful in a time of need. I was so pleased with everything- quick to come over, give a quote (very reasonably priced) and even did the job all in the same day. On top of all of that, everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend!
