This is the second day one i have a NEWBORN CHILD second I just LOST MY AT HOME JOB due to all the noise THIRD and yall CRACKED the windshield to my car with the access flying everywhere… when trying to get the workers attention it’s like I’m made of glass also it would be convenient to the neighbors to know AHEAD of time of all the inconvenience that may occur to the ones who did not order the services …

They did a good job, cleaned up constantly as they went. Careful to not cause damage. Very efficient and hard working. Very reasonable rates. Did daily rate and did not deadbeat the job.

I was scheduled to have a tree (leaning) removed. W/i hours of the crew arriving, it decided to take itself down. W/i 30 min upon arrival, the crew had the large tree cut, chipped. and swept up off the street and front yard. Whenever I have tree issues, this company is first in line!

Luke and crew came remove four trees and did some limb trimming and I had a area of the yard that needed cleaning ,they did it all in a timely manner . I am beyond satisfied with a job well done.Good job, I am using them again.

I was really pleased with the customer service. I asked about a service that Mark didn't provide. Even though he couldn't provide the service he was able to talk me through the pros and cons and even estimated cost. He was very knowledgeable about different tree services and species of trees. I am very grateful for his recommendations and patience as I asked questions about something work he wasn't going to do. Thank you!

This company might be the best when it comes trees but they lack in professionalism while driving. The truck that was turning left on to I -85 from sharpsburg/McCollum road at 4:00pm March 14, 2022 blowing their air horn yelling “get out of the (expletive) way” out of his window tells me everything I need to know. I used to include this company in my recommended businesses I sent to real estate clients. I won’t be anymore.

Very poor customer service they came out in June to give me a quote on multiple trees &told me they would cut down the small one on the side for free with whichever trees I choose to get done. I am a returning customer and I thought this service would go smoothly like the last. Unfortunately they said it would be 6 weeks before they could come but actually made me wait 4 months to come out. I called over 5 times leaving messages no phone call back. Finally they come out today & tell me they will no longer cut down the tree on the side they agreed to & said I'm not spending enough money. Lee started raising his voice &no longer wanted to hear what I was saying he got angry &told me his guys would just leave. Very shocked I was treated so poorly especially being a returning customer, now I've wasted months on them &still couldn't get the work done they all just left instead of completing the job.
