From my experience with some contractors recently I was skeptical having my warranty company send someone else. These guys were great from the first phone call to make an appointment to arriving on time and fixing my ceiling fans. They did an outstanding job. Would definitely use them again.

I was forced to bring them on by my Home Warranty company based on a recommendation by the plumbing services for a garbage disposal replacement. I knew it was b.s. but they came out and provided me an invoice for almost $500 worth of work. I asked them if this was necessary and did they see an electrical issue. They flat out said they didn't see an electrical issue and they just figured to replace the panel based on the referral. This caused a major dispute with me and the home warranty over this and the initial plumbing call. I'm not comfortable using this company for any electrical work if they're going to create problems that don't exist and I foot the bill.
