I was scammed out of 210$ the person came out and told me he could probably fix it that day but he had to “run diagnostics” to tell me if he could or if I would need a new one he opened the lid and shined a light in there and that’s all he did for “diagnostics” then said it’s not something he could repair and that it looks old I would need a new one for 2400$ I had a second opinion and they told me it’s a new system it just needed to be adjusted! I left a review about the experience and someone called me back informing me I’d get a refund because they don’t charge to tell you what’s wrong and what needs to be done. I never got my refund! I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I was duped I do not recommend this company!
