Michael came to our home and was extraordinarily helpful and insightful. I trust businesses that tell me what I need and what is optimal but also tell me what I don’t need. He actually told us the fix was much less expensive and much less of a project than I thought it would be. I trust these guys and would happily recommend them for crawlspace/water issues.

We are very pleased with the work done by the American Crawlspace Solutions team. Chris came out to do the inspection and job quote and Jeffrey, Michael and Zack came to complete the job. We were pleased to meet each one and they all did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Great experience with this company. ACS did a great job with my foundation issue and their follow up was truly amazing. Joel from ACS made several trips out to my house to make sure I was pleased with the job and to double check any concerns that I had. These days companies may talk about customer service and that is usually what they do, talk. When you find a company that goes the extra mile like ACS it's like a breathe of fresh air. Should I have the need for any additional foundation work in the future I will be contacting American Crawlspace Solutions.

These guys were great! We recently purchased a cabin in the woods. There were some water issues in the crawl space and Chris from American Crawl Space came out and we discussed a solution. There was no pressure, just a lot of good information.

I opted for complete encapsulation of the space and the guys that came out to install it were amazing. Cheerful, hard working guys that did a great job - they were even able to keep the plastic clean despite torrential rain. They were covered head to toe with red clay, my crawl space was not. I’d use them again in a second!

Just had my crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed! Worked through Michael and had a top notch experience throughout the entire process. Work was completed on time and as promised, can't recommend them enough!

We are so happy we found ACS! Our older home was not sufficiently supported with appropriate piers, footings and support beams. Michael came out to give us an estimate and we were most impressed with his knowledge, willingness to explain everything, and friendly professionalism. Once we signed the contract the installation techs were on site, on time when scheduled and couldn't have been more pleasant. I had these guys do a bit of work on my crawlspace. They encapsulated, installed a fan, and provided additional support. Michael Cannon was professional, friendly, and great to work with! Good pricing, too. Crew was on time and cleaned up well after themselves.

Three contractors came to estimate the cost of leveling the foundation for my floor. The fourth one, Michael, did not disappoint. He took the effort to thoroughly explain his research ( he even made a graphic to help me understand). The amount offered was neither the highest nor the lowest. When Jordan and his team arrived, the work was completed promptly and efficiently. It took two separate days to finish. They were so courteous, polite, professional and very respectful of my property. Jordan approached us when the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the leveling of the floor. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

I called American Crawlspace along with two other companies for a pretty rush job to perform mold mitigation and encapsulate the crawlspace of my townhome. This was something that needed to be done very quickly and thoroughly as part of the buyer’s request while selling the home. American Crawlspace’s quote was almost HALF the price for the same work quoted by another company, but I didn’t decide to choose them just based on price, as the third company’s quote was slightly lower. However, Mike at American Crawlspace reached out quickly and scheduled a time to come inspect for an estimate. He contacted me the same day, within a couple hours of the time he inspected the house to discuss some options. I then received a written, detailed (by line item) quote the SAME day! They required a 10% deposit to start the work, got it done within my timeline (one week), and did a great job. I was able to pay by credit card online via the estimate for both the deposit and the final payment once work was completed. The buyer is very happy with the work.

The company that provided the most expensive quote took a couple of days to provide the estimate, gave me a price with no description of the services, then when I asked for a detailed estimate, they sent some generic bullets of a “typical job” in a text. They also wanted half of the total paid up front as the deposit. They couldn’t even provide a final cost, just a “Not to Exceed” number, nor a specific date they would start the work. The third company took several days to provide a quote. They did provide a lower quote with some detail but were not going to do the same level of work.

American Crawlspace was fast, efficient, thorough, cost-effective, and professional. They made everything super easy, and I would highly recommend them for this type of work. Mike, especially, was very responsive and very tolerant of my anxious questions. Pick them!

My experience with this company and their employees was really positive. I have unfortunately made a bad hire or two over the years with contractors of various sorts and then some good ones. A previous different crawl space company hire was likely one of my worst (I will refrain from naming), but American Crawlspace Solutions could be one of my best and I wish that I had called them to begin with.

My sales rep. Michael was great from the start and spent a great deal of time on the phone and in person in our home explaining information in depth. Once a plan was determined, he provided reasonable pricing and got us on the schedule quickly. His crew had to make two different trips to complete the job and they were on time and very courteous and professional and left their work area likely better than they found it. The crew leaders were Zach and Jeffery and assisted by Jordan and Mike. I would certainly recommend these guys and would use them again in the future. Working with good down to earth trustworthy people and companies who stand behind their work and word makes all of the difference.

The crew who worked in my crawl space were phenomenal! They were professional, respectful, clean/tidy and punctual. There had been a lot of rain and our yard was soft plus we have a sprinkler system so we flagged the sprinkler heads and these guys maneuvered the maze through it all without damaging anything. I had mildew around my A/C vents upstairs which ended up being caused from too much humidity in my crawlspace. I also had some drainage issues, so I was calling landscapers and talked to them about the crawlspace.They didn't do crawlspaces, but gave me a personal recommendation for a guy named Michael. I called and found out that he worked with American Crawlspace Solutions. Michael came out, took time to access the problem and provided solutions. He sent a "good/better/best" quote. His responsiveness, straight answers to ALL my questions, and ability to work within my budget won me over (I had quotes from three other companies). The date was set, texts clearly communicated the next steps. Jordan and his team sent an ETA text, arrived on time, worked diligently for over 5 hours straight, were very friendly and professional, and thoroughly cleaned up before they left. It was a seamless, stress-free process from start to finish.
