When I realized my water heater was leaking, Atlantis came out the same day and installed a replacement, including a pan and an alarm, so hopefully I don't have quite as big of a mess next time. The plumbing they redid looks great, and they talked to me about what they were doing throughout the process. Very happy with the work they did.

Brandon was polite and courteous and did a very excellent job on a water heater install for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Service was great. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Technicians were great. I would recommend. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is i felt it was a little pricey to pay $600 to install two faucets that took less than an hour.

Very nice and knowledgeable guys. They did a great job rerouting our water pipes into the house and were mindful of our lawn and landscaping when having to bury the pipes. The work was estimated and completed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company.

A few weeks ago I had Atlantis do my re-pipe and water heater swap.
Jackie their master plumber led the project and I had a great experience! With his many years of experience, Jackie is cautious, direct, and very thorough. He and his crew were professional, reliable, and I was impressed with how fast they worked..they also laid tarps down, swept, and swiffer mopped after cutting into some areas of the ceilings and walls - I was honestly not expecting them to take such care cleaning like that but I really appreciated it. I'll be calling them back soon for another hopefully smaller undertaking - new toilets and a new tub waste drain. They're stuck with me now :).

Great experience! Both Jamaka & other plumber (can't recall name) were very pleasant & knowledgeable. They made sure I understood clearly repair work being done and answered all questions. Best service I've ever gotten. I had a leak, they it and then when another seperate are had a leak, they came out and fixed my entire plumbing system (which had an issue with it from when it was installed years ago and the manufacturer of the pipes had a recall). They're professionals who know the business inside and out. They followed up after to help me get the pipes to send in for the claim and management as well as the staff was more than willing to go above and beyond. Hire them, they're the best!

This is the 6th time I have used Atlantis on my very old home and they are the best. At first it appeared fixing the shower faucet might cost hundreds. My tenant had tried to fix it and made it worse. So Will found what the tenant did wrong and turned the screw the right way. A miracle fix and this gets better. Because I use Atlantis so much, there was no charge. I could not thank the team, Will and Adam, enough. A fixed plumbing problem and no charge. Atlantis is the plumbing company for me.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with a spigot outside and they responded quicker than the police does in some scenarios. 😁 Well just as fast…! They went right to work. Tony S was knowledgeable and even went above and beyond by sharing some best practices, testing my water pressure and madding safety labels where on my water heater. Definitely plan on continuing with Atlantis for my plumbing needs.

Atlantis Plumbing was very professional and quick. From the first call until the job was finished, they kept me informed and they worked on the weekend to complete job. They installed a new water line from the meter to the water heater. They made sure that everything was in place with the water heater. I recommend Atlantis for your plumbing needs.

I had a problem with Atlantis Plumbing, which I had been trying to resolve through my credit card. I recently posted a factual rating, detailing my problem. Within 15 minutes, I received a phone call from John Austin, who runs the company. He asked me to describe my problem, and, upon hearing the facts, immediately offered me a full refund. He also insisted in providing an additional service, without charge, just to show his good faith. Mr. Austin sent two of his employees to my house the next day, who did a camera inspection of my sewer line, free of charge. We then spoke on the phone, and he refunded the prior charge in full. I must say, I am impressed with the customer service I received from Mr Austin, and my faith has been restored in Atlantis Plumbing. I WOULD call Atlantis for future plumbing work, based on Mr. Austin's actions.

Truly enjoyed the professionalism from everyone at Atlantis. When I called, the front desk was very polite had someone come out that same day for a quote. Our plumber Tony Strickland was amazing! Very upfront and and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. We will definitely recommend Atlantis to others!

Atlantis Plumbing has been amazing! We have used them twice and both times were excellent. They are quick, pleasant, and easy to work with. We called them out when we had back to back leaks and they were quick to show up and resolve the issue. Then during this last snow/ice storm we had another leak outside our house. Water was flooding our yard and our neighbor’s yard. They were able to get someone out to us quickly when everyone else said the wait could be days. When Brandon showed up he was upfront, friendly, and open about our options and costs. He got the work done quickly with a positive attitude and was even friendly to our curious kids. He solved our problem quickly. If we ever have plumbing needs we will only call Atlantis from here on out! Highly recommend!!

William and Adam did a fantastic job handling my disaster plumbing issue. They were professional, quick, and clearly knew what they were doing. What could’ve been a nightmare turned into a smooth fix thanks to their expertise. Highly recommend!

This is my second pinhole leak in a different section of 50 year old copper cold water pipes in five months. Atlantis Plumbing's Dave King and his helper, Billy, came the next morning and quickly repaired it . They were very courteous and efficient, and as before, they did a great job. Also kudos to their customer service and scheduler, Renee. As far as I'm concerned, Atlantis Plumbing is the best in Marietta, Ga.

- Were available to come the same day I called with a semi-emergency (hot water heater had quite working.)
- Showed up on time
- Were professional and courteous
- Gave me multiple options and price points for the needed repairs
- Performed the repairs quickly and (seemingly) completely
- Cleaned up after themselves well

What more could I ask for? Well, sure, I would have liked the repairs to be free!

Shawn Stone deserves the title of master plumber! He was professional, personable and efficient with time! He fixed a leak on my kitchen faucet and diagnosed another leak I’ve been having for almost 4 years that no one else could figure out. He explained the problem throughly and I look forward to working with him again! 10/10 recommend.

Atlantis Plumbing replaced the main water line from the meter to inside the house main shut off valve. They were on time and it is working fine. However, I can only hope that the underground installation has a higher quality level than the visible in house portion. When I asked to straighten the installed piping I was told that a few degrees out of plum wouldn’t hurt anything. The bent lines a certainly under unnecessary stress.
Update: I was contacted by the office and they sent somebody to fix above problem within a few days. I’m pleased with the now straitened lines. Very responsive company and they stand behind their quality promise.
