We have used Danilo's twice, and would like to provide the pros and cons of working with them:
Pros:
-Prices are competitive, and even if they're not your lowest bid, they will work with you.
-The team came out and cut the trees safely and efficiently
Cons:
-They tend to miss roots when stump grinding, so it's helpful to double check their work to make sure they get everything
-Their bulldozer leaked a substantial amount of oil on our driveway and asphalt. They sent someone to pressure wash our driveway, but refused to do anything with the asphalt road because it's a public road. In speaking with several pressure washing companies, they recommended if we used a heated pressure washer the oil could be washed out of the asphalt, but Michael at Danilo's refused to do that. I requested a discount off our job because my husband ended up washing the asphalt, and his response was he had agreed to throw in cutting 2 small trees at the beginning of the job. The thing that doesn't make sense to me is the fact that Michael had agreed to cut the 2 trees prior to there ever being any issues because we had referred multiple jobs their way, and we had used them before. Now all of a sudden, the 2 trees are supposed to be used as a payment for the leaks?
We tipped their team for the work, and we paid for the work. So I don't understand why it's okay to leave the road with oil all over it as if it's not your responsibility.

This company has horrible work etiquette and they are sloppy workers
They showed up at my house at 2:30 Fri for a 9am appt. Broke my deck, dented my shed, broke the top of my fence, destoyed my rose bush, flower bed and lawn. They also left all the grinding from the tree stump. When confronted with the issues their only recourse was to discount the price by$100 and fix the deck. We paid this Company $3700. I've had several tress cut down before by other companies and I have never had issues like this!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!! RUN!!
