Today was our first time using Clean As a Whistle and they did an excellent job. They did a deep cleaning today. They arrived on time and went right to work. Everything looked and smelled wonderful when they were finished.

We had a deep clean. The bathrooms looked so great. The baseboards were spotless. They did the light fixtures and everything. They did a great job and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

My home is always spotless when they leave! My bare feet literally squeak walking the floors are so clean, and they’re the only ones that have ever been able to get the grout in my shower so clean it will sparkle!! I’m thrilled with their cleaning and they are so professional!

A great company with fair rates. I've used them dozens of times and never been disappointed. The owner is meticulous and the staff is professional. The type of service you can only get with a local business. I'm always amazed how truly dirty my house gets and not noticing until they clean. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

We just purchased a home, which desperately needed a deep cleaning. Rona was responsive and very quick to answer with a quote. Her and her team came out the next day and left our new home feeling so clean! We are so grateful for their hard work on making our home feel fresh and clean before we moved in.

J&R Landscaping & Hardscaping repaired and rebuilt a cross tie wall in my yard. Excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend them...the patio (on the north side of the house) and concrete pad in front of the garage (south side) was dirty from years of possible mildew and dirt build-up look so much cleaner, now.

My lawn is always well maintained and at a great price.

Yard was properly cut and at a reasonable price. Went above and beyond to insure my yard looked great! Asked me all the right questions and quoted me on other jobs that he could do around the yard.

Montoya has done several different services not only at my home but my business as well. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and affordable but most of all he goes above and beyond to make sure your yard is in great shape. I keep him doing my yard at home till the leaves stop falling. He’s done drainage work landscape wall he’s done it all for me and always impeccable work ethics!!

Really good people for quality rates, these guys do an amazing job on my lawn week to week. They never disappoint!

We hired him to lay sod in our backyard in may.. He ran short and stated he would be returning later that day to lay the rest it is now July and he has not returned and will not respond to my message.

I used this company to put in french drains. They did a subpar performance. I had leaks from water the next big rain. I informed him and after many threatening emails he finally came out to fix. Also I had to show him via websites on how the drains were supposed to be put in correctly. If I didn't raise a stink it would not have been fixed So my "free of charge" was actually a screw up fix.

In addition to performing a third rate install he and his team removed a section of fence. When they put it back they propped up the bottom with a piece of wood. Once I removed the wood the fence section fell apart. Before he came out I sent him pictures of the fence section that they removed and put back. The fence was totally destroyed. Here is a response I got from Mr Sanchez.

Also during his initial work he totally destroyed my butterfly garden and two ponds in there. I had to redo and reline both ponds so they would hold water. Plus in addition to the damages to the ponds almost every plant I had was destroyed with him not doing things correctly. I am hesitant now to even go see if my relining was a vain effort. Also as an insult to injury when he came back out to do my "free service" he tore up my yard and also ripped up my telephone line and internet since he worked during our last big rain.

If I could give a minus on performance I would. My recommendations would be if you see this company hold your wallet and run the other way. This company is not a company I would recommend even to my enemies. Poor performance and not a good business person.

His company destroyed my fence and he will not take my calls, texts or anything. He has told me to stop harassing him. I will be pursuing any remediation I can and also inform any customer he has of his performance. My first stop will be at Mohawk BFC Yarn plant 207 Phelps drive here in Dalton.

DONT USE HIM OR EVEN RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY!!!! He will not follow thru on any problems. Listed below is the last email from him.

I don’t care what you do buddy, I didn’t tear up your fence. I came back and fixed the drain as discussed free of charge. Leave me alone! Don’t bother me again

As of November 17th, I have added post's to the BBB and other sites online. The owner called wanting me to remove the post. He said that he would fix everything. Still nothing done to remedy the problem.

Morgan did an awesome job and was prompt in scheduling. He dethatched and core aerated my lawn and knew his business. Pricing was very reasonable as well. It was a pleasure working with him.

I am revising my review after a significant amount of time utilizing this service, and unfortunately it is not for the better.

This service charges almost twice as much as other companies in the area for regular lawn service, which wouldn’t be a problem if you got service that actually justified the price.

In the months and months I’ve been using this service, they have broken several yard decorations, to various degrees, with their carelessness. I have had to repeatedly follow up with them to correct careless errors such as missed sections of my lawn. Several times now, despite a biweekly service agreement, they have not shown up for 3+ weeks. At one point they even carted off a hose that belonged to me and took nearly a month and repeated badgering to bring it back.

I have been asking them about designing and implementing a decorative landscaping design for the front of my house since hiring them and the owner repeatedly states he’ll work on it…and nothing, for well over half a year.

When you’re paying what they charge, you shouldn’t have to supervise and badger them. You shouldn’t have to chase them down to do the work agreed upon. The only reason I didn’t give them only one star is because what work they do perform is at least done reasonably well, if you ignore the damage to my decorations.

All in all, save yourself money and frustration as a residential customer and go somewhere else. It’s obvious this company is overstretched and unable to deliver on the promises it makes.

We had such a great experience with Morgan and his crew. They laid sod over our whole yard and it turned out beautifully. His business is very professional and he has such an amazing attention to detail. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Morgan and his crew are hardworking and did a very nice job with 4500 square feet of sod installation. His kind, hard-working crew members were conscientious and detailed with every aspect of the job. You can rely on Pro Finish to do what they say they're going to do and you'll definitely be pleased with the final product. No hesitation with my five-star recommendation. If needed, I will definitely use again.

I was very pleased with their work! Morgan didn’t hesitate to fit me in his schedule. He came to my house the next day, gave me an estimate, and mowed my yard the same day! He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable! Prices were very reasonable!! I highly recommend!! Happy customer!!
