Verde’s and the crew helped me get a new roof and some other things that needed to be fixed because of leaks. The crew did an awesome job! I really loved how Triny and Maria always kept me up to date on what's going by text and pictures. It really helped a lot to know and see whats going on, since I was out of town a lot for work. Would definitely hire again.

Triny was on site each and every day during the process and even sent updated arial drone pictures of damaged areas, areas they patched and the progress of the new roof. Once completed, they didn't do just one walk through, and not just two walk throughs, they did three walk throughs to make sure they gathered all the debris and screws/nails. Working with Verde was a one of the most hassle-free experiences I have ever had with a contractor. They are the most efficiently managed company I have ever used. From the comprehensive inspection report to the clear and timely communication, everything from this company was top-notch! We received a thorough explanation of our roof's problems as well as drone photos and progress photos at every stage of the process. And what the estimate said was what we were charged- no hidden fees or extra costs. A few days prior to our install, we received a comprehensive list of steps to take to prepare for our installation- I have NEVER received that from a contractor. The roofers arrived early, were efficient and knew what they were doing (we were replacing an incorrectly installed roof), and picked up every scrap at cleanup, even using a magnet to be sure they got up all the nails from our yard. A day after work was completed, we received the warranty and a full report to forward on to our homeowner's insurance company as well. The COO of the company made THREE in-person visits to ensure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond, delivering snacks and earphones to our household as a thank-you for putting up with the noise. That kind of attention to detail is unheard-of and is what sets this company apart from the rest. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If I could give them six stars, I would!
