My contractor hired Construction Resources to install a gas fireplace for my basement renovation. I paid about $8k for the fireplace, and it doesn't work reliably. The fireplace will only light about 10% of the time. I've reached out to the company at least 10x about the issue and requested a resolution, and my contact is now just ignoring my communications. I would not recommend this company, their fireplace product, or their customer service.
