The team at Atlanta Cleaning Source did a great job on our home! We needed a deep clean before getting back on a routine cleaning schedule, and Sherrie and Diwanneka did a great job. Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent and everyone was very respectful and professional and kind! Jennifer even stopped by to make sure everything looked great at the end. I would recommend ACS for any intown cleaning needs you may have!

!!!BEWARE!!! More to my review!! 12.9.24 - the owner called me today and told me that I lied about our conversation the day before Thanksgiving when she called me to apologize for her crew's work and that it was unfair to ask for a refund since her crew spent 5 hours at my house, even though they did a terrible job.I never asked Jennifer for a full refund, I asked for the $346 that was charged without my approval or authorization to be refunded due to the quality of the service and the fact I had to get other people to come clean after her people.

She said I lied about having to get someone else to come clean after her crew, and that I lied about asking her to hold off until after Thanksgiving to find a resolution. Not only did they do a terrible job, the owner called to press me about the refund and removing this review, and called me a liar!! Today's call was recorded so I can't be called a liar again.

She also had her office manager, Danielle Standifer write a 5 star review that is likely not real, considering her review is exactly the service and house details that I submitted with my intake and the review popped up days after my review. BEWARE of the positive reviews, this is my ACTUAL recent experience.

I had high hopes based on all the positive reviews for Atlanta Cleaning Source, we’ve had issues with other cleaning companies and thought we had found a solution.

On our intake we specifically asked for a deep clean and when the crew arrived we communicated specifically what we needed done. A deep clean including baseboards, around the switch panels, etc.

When the crew was “finished” none of the base boards or switch panels were cleaned, our upstairs floor and bathroom were not mopped, my wife’s office was not vacuumed, the soap dispensers in the shower were not even moved to be cleaned, the dining room table was not even wiped and on top of that, our oil and vinegar dispenser was broken in the kitchen (which they did tell us via email).

Because the job was done so poorly, we had to pay for another company to come clean again since their team did not do what we asked, and this was a lot of stress and money spent try to fix during the holidays.

I provided feedback to the company, and the owner Jennifer called me the day before Thanksgiving and apologized for the poor cleaning and explained that it was something that she had to speak to her entire company about as she’s been getting this feedback lately.

When we spoke, she asked what I wanted done to make it right, I asked her to please hold off on a resolution until after the holidays as I was out doing Thanksgiving errands that day.

When I got home later that evening I realized that after my phone call with the owner, they billed my card immediately for the amount on the invoice that I did not get to see or approve.

They charged me $346 on top of the $100 deposit I had already paid, (total $446!) after the owner had just got off the phone telling me how sorry she was for their poor job.

The fact that the owner thought it was ok to charge the full amount without my permission and without any kind of price break given the circumstances is very poor business ethics.

Instead she offered me $100 off for me to hire her again, which of course I will not be doing and hope others see this and know what to expect when they have your card on file and can charge without your approval, regardless of how bad the cleaning is.

Would definitely find another cleaning company if you are considering them.

Jenn’s cleaning crews are very reliable and do a great job. If there are ever issues, she’s right on top of it. I’ve been pleased with their work for the last two years.

Atlanta Cleaning Source was wonderful to work with in every way. I appreciate the excellent service we received. Superior cleaning, attentive, professional, exceptional customer service, and timely. The deep cleaning they did on the kitchen with baked on food, oil splatter, dirty cabinets - all left by the previous occupant was nothing short of amazing. Everything looks completely refreshed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future. Jenn and Danielle have an excellent team!

Can’t speak highly enough of Jenn and the full team. Excellent customer service on top of cleaning execution. We had a challenging case with construction and new babies coming home from hospital and Jenn and team went the extra mile to help us, be flexible and do an amazing job getting our house spotless. Had a great experience with my first cleaning from Atlanta Cleaning Source! We needed a thorough home cleaning as it had been awhile and we had guests coming over. Rhonda and Missy were prompt, quick, and thorough with their clean. They also were very friendly. Thank you ladies!

Atlanta Cleaning Source is great. They are generally flexible if you need them to arrive at a particular time of day. They have good attention to detail when cleaning, while being efficient to get the job done in the right amount of time. We've been customers of theirs for many years - the business has been around a long time so they know what they're doing!

This was the absolute BEST experience I've ever had with a cleaning service! The cleaning team (Menisa & LaTodda) was outstanding! They not only deep cleaned my apartment, but they also shampooed the carpet like nobody's business. They were both friendly, professional, and thorough. The process was pleasant and simple from getting an online quote, to scheduling an appointment date & time, to the follow-up, which was all carried out by Danielle...another amazing member of the ACS Team! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Highly recommend Atlanta Exceptional Cleaning. They are very reliable and always show up for appointments, do a very thorough cleaning but are efficient so in and out quickly so never waste your time. They'll listen to your special needs and wants and since they are so easy to work with you can speak with them about anything. They'll also work with your schedule so there's never a need to worry there either. They are insured and hire only well trained top cleaners. Since they are a small, locally owned company you can always speak with the owner, Meagan! So many good things to say but give Meagan a call and schedule with her and you'll see for yourself!
