Everyone at ASAP was kind and easy to work with. They were very flexible and accommodating with some scheduling issues. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with the office staff.

Austin at the site was professional and personable. The crew worked quickly and did a good job.
There was some un-intended damage to the property and Austin arranged quick and competent repair for me.

ASAP cleared out and pine-strawed a very neglected front and back yards at a property I'm renovating (as well as some other yardwork odds and ends). Their price was competitive with other quotes i got, but i felt like they were going to be more responsive and flexible as things "came up" (as they tend to do in hoarder houses and neglected properties). They DID under-estimate how much pine straw I'd need so I ended up having to pay more than anticipated at the quote, but the result was awesome they did a great job. I'll hire them again.

ASAP Landscape Management did an excellent job resodding a large portion of my backyard as well as adding fresh mulch and river rock to my garden beds. The team at ASAP and Austin in particular went above and beyond to accommodate my tight deadline as I was getting prepared for a get together at my home. Their professionalism and knowledge of landscaping was impressive and their pricing was more than fair especially given the quick turnaround and the amount of manual cut ins that were necessary around my pavers. I highly recommend this company for any landscaping needs, they're great to work with and you can tell they take great pride in their work.

We had an old wooden fence in our backyard that was turning into an eyesore. I contacted Asap Landscape and got a very fast response. Austin was happy to come out and discuss the project. After taking some measurements, we settled on a solid game plan. I’m more than happy with the quality of their work, and the for the fast turnaround time. Now we just wait for the little guys to grow up :)

ASAP Landscaping was cleaning out the city retention pond behind my home which required passage through my yard with heavy machinery. Austin was professional and courteous in keeping me informed of what was going to and needed to happen to successfully clean out the retention pond. I appreciated the communication and clean up afterwards. Keep up the good work !

This company is very dishonest and deceiving. The contract and promises were unfulfilled . I had a drainage pipe installed and grass seed distributed . I can tell you the process was stressful and my yard is dirt and weeds . Their standards are not aligned with the amount they charge . Please do not get yourself stuck in this mess of a company. 8 weeks after seed (pictures attached). All the green you see are the weeds. Once asked if they would make it right they told me to look at the contract and that it wasn’t warrantied , if that tells you anything about the way they work. Waste of time and thousands of dollars.

Dissatisfied with the gate that was built on my property. I paid them but they didn’t return to fix the problems or follow-up on the initial “customer service” issues. This is what the gate looks like now. The wood and the latch affixed to it fell off the gate and the hinges are bent. The two sections no longer open because they’re dragging on the concrete driveway. I contacted them about these problems but have not heard from them. This gate was completed earlier this year, in April 2023.

I had an amazing experience with ASAP landscaping! From start to finish, the communication was excellent as they kept me informed every step of the way. They were incredibly organized, got the project done quickly, and met every one of my needs with professionalism and attention to detail. The office staff was great to work with, and I always knew exactly when the team would arrive. I’m so happy with how my gravel patio turned out, it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

Avoid working with this company. It is sad to say but you only need one rotten apple to spoil the bunch. I was very hopeful this company would come through for me, but near the tail end of the project I started feeling concerned about the final quality of the completed work. (They also caused small amounts of damage to my fence and some of the pavers I purchased, along with taking 4 weeks to complete a job that should have been 2-3 days.)

I raised that concern to the management office and in an attempt to better understand my concern. The admin put the project manager on the call who then in turn berated me, raised his voice at me, and tried to discredit any concerns I had instead of addressing them and helping me feel comfortable that the project would be completed to the quality a customer would hope for.

I have never had such a surreal and negative customer experience in my life. I was barked at by the project manager as if somehow, I am the problem, like I messed up on the job, instead of treating me with the minimal respect a customer should expect.

If a company cannot manage criticism or customer concerns, cannot manage to be transparent and properly communicate about time frame and scheduling issues, and cannot patiently guide a customer through the customer experience without yelling and vilifying them, then that company shouldn't be in business.

Money invested has an expectation of value delivered and this company did not deliver the value promised.

If you are in need for quick, professional, and quality landscaping, look no further! I contacted ASAP to replace sod in front of my home and they confirmed me for the same day! The crew was timely, professional, and took pride in their service. See before and after of my service. Thanks again Austin and team!

Austin and his team were truly INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend them enough. We needed a fence built and repaired in our back yard and from the time we reached out, ASAP took such good care of us. We had a scheduled visit to get an estimate the next day, and they immediately send a quote—which was incredibly fair. On top of that they had a vision for what our yard could be, and we hadn’t even considered some of the ideas. We now plan to work with this team to build our dream yard, and phase 1 was our gorgeous new fence. They also cleaned up some garbage in our backyard and are giving us a mow. Truly a one stop shop.

On top of their timely communications and amazing work ethic, they’re also a personable team and feel like family now that it’s all said and done. Can’t recommend anyone more than this team. Thank you Austin and ASAP for being great partners!

ASAP Landscaping did great work on my yard! They were professional, punctual, and very responsive.

We hired this company to mow both our front and backyard, but they only mowed the front while still charging us for full service. No attempt was made to mow the backyard, even though the gate was left open and accessible.

From the start, the service was unreliable. They never showed up on a consistent schedule, and the first time we hired them for a full lawn cleanup, they left after about 30 minutes without finishing the job. We had to follow up to find out what happened, and only then were we told their equipment had broken and they would return the next day.

There also appeared to be ongoing miscommunication between their office and field workers. We had to repeatedly remind them that we had requested a full lawn cleanup, not just basic mowing, which caused delays and required return visits. The poor coordination left us unsure what work would actually be completed and when.

Based on our experience, we do not recommend this company and strongly advise others to choose a more reliable and transparent landscaping service.

I hired this company for a few projects and initially thought they did a good job . The hedge bed was the main part of the project and they charged to clean the hedge bed , install borders and maintain . They measured for the borders , yet when installed they were too short and exposed the edge of the hedge bed . Austin came back out and had them repaired , still leaving a corner exposed . The Hedge bed was not cleaned . They added mulch to cover the trimmings and once it rained the jig was up and I could see the same trimmings . PLUS the fresh ones they created when they serviced the yard . Lastly , I specifically asked to be notified 24 hours PRIOR to coming to service my yard so I could open my back gate . Both times they came without the proper notice and the last time they only cut the front of the yard . Don’t be fooled by the pleasant demeanor of the salesman/owner . It will not match the final work . They also billed for the entire project knowing the weed bush promised to be removed was not as well .

Had an amazing experience with ASAP Landscape. Austin is so great at translating what needs to be done and bringing your vision to life. His team is very diligent and did an amazing job. Will definitely be using them again for future projects! I love my fire pit& garden path! Can’t wait for summer.

Now because I spoke of my displeasure about the poor quality of their work and even worse their attempt to repair, they have now said in writing that they will not repair the fence they installed. I am now forced to hire a more reputable fence company to repair a $5,300 ASAP Landscape Management installed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hiring ASAP Management to install a fence in my backyard was one of the most frustrating and costly mistakes I’ve ever made as a homeowner. I paid over $6,000 for what I expected to be a professionally installed, durable fence. What I received instead was a poorly constructed, rapidly deteriorating eyesore that began falling apart within months.
The problems started almost immediately:
• Boards warped and popped off like they were barely attached.
• The corner of the fence completely separated, leaving a gaping opening.
• The concrete footings are brittle and crumbling, causing the entire structure to lean and sag dangerously.
Despite multiple attempts to get them to fix their shoddy work, their so-called “repairs” were superficial and ineffective. Now, they’ve stopped responding altogether and are refusing to honor their work. My fence has been broken and wide open for over two months, leaving my property exposed and my investment in ruins.
This company clearly lacks the skill, integrity, and accountability to stand behind their services. Their workmanship is substandard, their customer service is nonexistent, and their business practices are deeply unprofessional.
Do not trust ASAP Management with your property or your money. There are plenty of reputable contractors in the Atlanta area—this is not one of them.

SO HAPPY we found our favorite lawn team. Fast, fantastic, professional crew! Our lawn was so overgrown and now looks great!

I definitely recommend Boswell Landscaping! The company was professional, timely, responsive, and took care not to damage my yard.

Backyard was uprooted and reseeded… started out great and then it all died by the summer. Poor job on the front yard as well. Wasted money as I am now having everything done over for a fraction of the cost. Communication was lacking. Ask about hidden/undisclosed fees.

As a realtor , I’m extremely picky about who I refer to my clients. For landscaping I always refer Eric and his crew and they always make my clients happy. They are quick , efficient and responsive.
