Please don't tape cards to my mailbox especially when the neighborhood has "no soliciting" signs.

👎 no permits to cut down specimen trees and likes to tape cards to mailboxes all the time as if we want tape on our mailboxes? No we don’t. Leave us alone.

Do not hire these people. They ruined not only our property but my neighbors yard as well.

Asked to setup in-person visit for quote. On the day they were supposed to visit no follow-up occurred and asked to confirm the time for the visit…which still never happened. Texted them after and no response.

I have used Perez G Tree Service on several occasions now for various landscaping needs. They have always been on time, courteous, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend their service.

Do not use Perez G Tree Service if you want to stay friendly with your neighbors. The crew and manager does not speak English, which caused several communication issues. They were rude and confrontational with our neighbor when removing a tree which bordered both properties. The neighbor asked politely multiple times to stop using their property and stop destroying their landscaping. Not to mention they didn’t have permits for one of the trees to be removed. Try Dekalb Tree Service.

Do not use this company. They destroyed my property, and my neighbor's property! They were paid to do stump grinding but I had to hire another company to come and clean up their mess.

Perez tree service gave good price were prompt , removed all trees and shrubbery they weren't suppose to remove, left destruction on my property and my neighbor. They cut down bushes,remove bricks and pavers I'm still looking for some of my birdfeeders, I have no grass in my back yard now, I have gutter and roof damage a big gash out my fence, they left soda bottles and plastic on my property and my neighbors. They were angry when I refused to pay until they put things back where they found them.Ramirez tree services were much better. Lesson learned

These guys came at 8AM as promised and had 4 large pine trees that were each 70 to 80 feet tall cut and dropped by 9:30AM. Clean up completely finished by 11:30AM. These folks are awesome and give you a fair price. I'll definitely use Perez G in the future because we've got a lot of trees on our property.

Was looking for a quote on property cleanup. Texted them requesting to arrange a quote. They asked for my address and then nothing. The following day they suddenly showed up while I was at work without warning. They rang my cell six times while I was on a work call.
No discussion on what I wanted and texted that it would be $600. I have attached a picture of the interaction minus my address.
I texted and told them it was customary to arrange a time for these things and told them to leave. Nope!

This company came out to quote me for removing a tree that had fallen due to storm Helene. During the consultation/quote I asked them could they complete the work and refrain from parking/working on my grass and they advised yes (I asked this because I know my yard is tough to navigate). The day the work was done the first thing the site manager does is park his truck on my grass. I asked him to move it and he decides to move the truck over and remain on the grass. After the work was complete, I realized they ran heavy machinery through the part of my yard I could not see, leaving a huge spot of grass missing. I called them to inquire if they could fix it but they only came back to remove the debris from the job the day before with no further action/contact. Beware of a language barrier and lack of communication.

Came out gave us a quote and completed the job same day. Will recommend.

They came by on a Tuesday and gave me fantastic quote, showed up on on time Thursday and were done by 10am. Left everything cleaned up and exactly how I wanted the work done. I would highly recommend and will use them again for any needed tree services.

This company did a fantastic job of removing trees, grinding stumps and cleaning up our back yard! I highly recommend this company!! They left a card out on my mailbox and I called them same day. They came right out shortly after my call request for an estimate. They gave me a great price!!! I scheduled them for next day. They came out earlier than scheduled, which worked out great! They are very communicative through out the day during the project and even added one more tree to the work while here.
They completed the work all in one day, including the stump and root grinding! Yard was cleaned up nicely and they replaced the fence that they took down to get machines in the back yard. I am completely happy with the outcome and will be calling them out to do more work soon. Again, I highly recommend this company!!! They also did work in our neighbors yard.

Horrible service.

Never used them, but I wanted to. They left a card taped to my mailbox. I called the numbers on the card, went right to voicemail. Called the number on the website (the website on the card was spelled wrong, btw) and the man that answered spoke so slowly that I thought it was a recording. He put me on hold THREE TIMES while I tried to reach someone. Each time he asked permission to call or text me back in case we were disconnected. I approved that. After the 3 time on hold, as he was about to put me on hold AGAIN, I told him to have someone call me about the need. I never heard back from anyone. So, I left a voicemail with details that same day, I STILL GOT NO CALL BACK.

OVER A WEEK later, I get a call from them "You called that you need some tree work?" OVER A WEEK LATER! Crazy. I told them I'd found another tree service that was more responsive.

Would NOT recomment Perez G tree services.

Awesome all around - quick to respond, handled a job with little notice and even did a few extra small things to ensure we were happy with the result.

They stuck their little flier on the mailboxes of everyone in our neighborhood. That's illegal, and shows how much respect they have for property. I'd avoid them, big time.
