We contacted Drake air conditioning when we noticed that our outdoor condensing unit was constantly running and requested a cleaning service from them. I had them install my new HVAC during one of the hottest parts of the year . They were very attentive to detail, curtious and made sure I was satisfied with every step of the installation. They stand behind their work and their products and can easily do so. My house can now be 69 degrees inside when it's 100 + outside with little effort from the unit.

I got home from work, and it was 89 degrees in my house. The whole house felt wet. I called Drake's, and they sent out two service men. Within 30 minutes, they had located the problem, fixed it, and the house was cooling. The dehumidifier immediately came on and began pulling out the excess moisture from the house. They even reattached the thermostat that had gotten loose over the years. They waited to leave until the house temperature had decreased dramatically. The repair price was more than fair. Pleased with their service in every way. Highly recommend!!!
