We had a very very nicest time working with the Homeowner last year

I was robbed! Carlos the owner of this business took my money and did not complete the project. He was supposed to do lawn removal and installation of sod. His team took 3 days to do lawn removal and never showed up.

Hello hello Miss Jasmine I have been super busy up in Carter’sville working on the project I mentioned but no worries I have my son coming Monday to spread the soils and mixed them and I’m gonna come Tuesday morning with the SOD the company had a big delay on their deliveries and they returning the money until Tuesday morning so that way I can go and get it on a near nursery little bit more expensive but that’s not an issue and come with the crew or either my son will come and I’ll meet him at your house Tuesday morning with the SOD I wait for them until yesterday but they call me to reschedule it to Wednesday morning I’m like no I can’t wait that long so they refunding me until Tuesday and either if the return hasn’t hit the account I use my own money to get the supplies (SOD) very sorry for the delay and see you Tuesday I’m sending Tony Monday morning thx

Yeah no worries also I have to go with your neighbor she said my guy cut a WiFi cable the first crew and they told me next day afternoon so I’m trying to figure it out cuz to me look like the wire has been chewed

Please let us know if you are abandoning this project. My husband is getting frustrated. If you or your team doesn't have the capacity, please return $875. $1000 is more than enough for lawn removal.
Hello hello Miss Jasmine very very sorry for the delay let us come Monday first time in the morning with both materials otherwise I will refund you guys Monday morning as well very very sorry but I had issues with the guy up in Carter’sville and I know that’s nothing related so I please you guys to wait for us until Monday morning to have the completion of you guys project if you guys are not comfortable I will refund you guys Monday morning when my other monthly checks hit the account will be transferred right away thank you and my sincerely apologize

No one came today please provide the refund. We'll work with someone else. We had 2 landscapers within the last two days offer their services. One with Bermuda grass on his truck.
Hello? Sorry about your issues with the guy in cartersville, but atleast we were willing to pay for your service. We hate that we have to go without your business,but Please send the refund we are trying to pay some neighbors to help is complete the process.
