We had technician Lee Dupree come out today. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Same day service (I called around 10am and he was at my door by 1:25) The heating element in my dryer went out over the weekend and Mr. Appliance had it fixed in no time including giving me a year warranty!

I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service, quality of work, the ease of scheduling an appointment, employees knowledge and professionalism.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lafayette was great. He was professional, efficient. He has great customer service skills that are rare in this state in age...he àlso has a smile that convey honesty and a serving heart to resolve customer issue.

Use at your own risk. Most repairs are going to cost more that the ridiculous 140 dollar show up at your door fee, due to the insane labor rate they charge. If your appliance is not even worth 400 dollars, just buy a new one. It took almost two weeks to fix our dryer due to waiting on parts. If a customer pays 400 dollars maybe use express or next day shipping for parts so they aren’t left waiting.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Douglasville. They showed up at my home at the exact designated time. The Associate was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated not having to pay the service charge if we chose them to repair our LG refrigerator. I definitely will use them again.

Technician came out the same day we called. He diagnosed the problem and gave us the option to replace the compressor or buy a new refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and patient and caring. We chose to have the compressor replaced and now have a working refrigerator once again. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Put in an icemaker that has not ever produced enough ice to fill the basket. We went out of town for 4 days and it only filled up 1/3 of the basket. They sent out 2 different technicians...it's the cheap product they installed.

I had a Hotpoint fridge that wasn’t cooling properly. The appointment with Mr. Appliance was simple to make and they had immediate availability when I was free. Technician “Lee” showed up after a 10 minute ETA phone call. He diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds of walking in and had us an estimate within a few minutes. When parts came in, “Lee” returned exactly when he said he would (with a warning call 10 minutes prior) and the repair was done quickly, completely, and cleanly. “Lee” was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. If YOU need appliance repair, call Mr. Appliance and maybe you, too, will be lucky enough to have “Lee” walk through your door!

On time really cool guys fair price

Mr. Appliance of Douglasville is a pleasure to work with. I contacted them recently to fix a stove burner that would not ignite. They sent a technician to my house the same day I called. John assessed my stove problem and worked-up a price for a new igniter wiring harness. He ordered the part and returned in a few days to install same. John was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would recommend Mr. Appliance without hesitation. David H.

Lee is amazing! He was sent by a Bosch representative to fix a refrigerator platter drawer which I had been complaining about for the past 10 months. He found a solution and repaired it by simply removing some pins in the slider hinges that was causing the problem. I am going to contact Bosch and let them know that my repair man found a solution to a problem which I know others who purchased this refrigerator and are probably making the same complaint. Thank you so much Lee. I will certainly let Bosch know that you repaired a problem which they said could not be fixed. You made my life better and I am glad they sent you to my home to fix my refrigerator. 😊🙏
