After coming back from vacation, I noticed a water leak coming from my main water shutoff in the basement. I reached out to the plumbing company, and Brett and Ian arrived quickly to help me out. They turned off the water at the street and replaced my old shutoff valve with a brand new 1/4 turn ball valve in no time. I had an idea of what needed to be done, but honestly, it would have taken me all day and I didn't have the right plumbing tools. The fast and professional service made a huge difference for me. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need plumbing work in the future!

brett and ian, two plumbers from derrick & sons plumbing, were real pros when they came out to fix a leaking pipe under our kitchen sink. even though it was pretty late in the evening, they still arrived as promised and got straight to work. both of them were friendly, smart, and clearly knew what they were doing. they found the problem quickly and finished the repair for less than we expected. before choosing this company, i looked at lots of plumbing services in douglasville and talked to the supervisor, which made me feel confident i was picking the right folks. the whole experience was smooth and easy, and i will definitely call them next time i need a plumber. i highly recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for honest, quality plumbing work.

I can’t thank Ian and the team enough for helping me out with my plumbing problem. Ian personally came out and quickly stopped my water heater from leaking. He patiently helped me find the main water valve to shut off the water to the house, and then he drained the old, leaky water heater so my basement wouldn’t flood. The next day, they came back and installed a new water heater tank. These plumbers really saved the day, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
