Robbie. Doug, and crew cut 7 trees the same day as estimate. Lucky for me they were available! 2 trees were over power lines with precision Doug,
with amazing skill , climbed and cut .
I recommend them highly.

Robbie came a took down a couple of trees, one that was one wind away from crashing down on my house! They were quick and courteous. They moved the wood to the back side of my yard. I am very pleased and will use them again when needed! Thank You!!!

We had a tree fall and they came out the same day we called and took care of it. They hauled everything away and cleaned up all limbs everything. Thank you for helping us during a difficult time!

Robbie Duffy and his talented crew did an outstanding job of removing some big trees close to our house. The trees fell exactly where they wanted and they were emaculent with their clean up of debris. Very reasonably priced, as well! I highly recommend them! They are friendly and professional!

I can’t say enough about the quality and integrity of these guys. The trees they took down were extremely difficult and they also did a lot more work at no extra charge. They really care about making their customers happy and I will never use anyone else in the future. We have had many trees cut in the past 20 years and I am more satisfied with their work, friendliness, and level of professionalism that they delivered. I highly recommend them!

Pro Service did an excellent job taking down a very large tree that was dead and parts of other trees. The negotiated fairly on the price, and even came back the next day when asked to trim a few more branches. I would highly recommend using this service!

Robbie, Doug, and their crew have done tree work for me for several years. They have also done minor roof repairs. They are very professional, hard workers, reasonably priced, resourceful, and very pleasant guys.

We had a tree come down on the house in the middle of the night and after calling first thing in the morning Robby, Doug and Matt showed up at the house by 10:30 and helped us get the tree down safely and tarp the roof. They were very reasonable with the price and took every care to make sure we were taken care of. Would recommend Pro Service to anyone needed tree service.

Great service and nice, friendly staff!! The team just got done cutting and removing five trees from my yard here in the Augusta area after the devastating aftermath of hurricane Helene. I’m very grateful to this team for doing such a great job! They cleaned up after themselves and removed the debris that comes with falling five trees! Also a big shout out to the team member and his nephew who did a great job grinding down the five stumps that were left behind from those five trees. Appreciate you coming to the Augusta area and providing a professional service to myself and my neighbors.

These guys are great; kind, personable, courteous, diligent, well-mannered, go above and beyond. We had gotten several quotes from other companies that wanted to charge outrageous amounts for taking down our dead trees. Robert and his crew came in and gave us amazing pricing for everything that they did. The guys worked hard and efficiently, our son passed away about 2 years ago and I had a memorial set up around one of the trees that needed to come down, I expressed how much it hurt my heart to have to take down that tree. I left to go to an appointment and came back to see that they graciously moved my sons memorial to a nice shaded spot in my back yard, they took great care and respect of my sons cross when they moved it. This kind gesture really touched mine and my husbands hearts. I don't know of any other tree service company that would take the time to do something like this. Highly recommend.

Robby came out to view the project and quote . Communicated prior to and during . Agreed and shook hands. Pro Service showed to work when they said they would and did what they promised to do. Doug is a skilled climber and very impressive. All the crew members worked hard and together. They really enjoy their jobs.plan to use them for future work at my home and would highly recommend them

This company was cutting my neighbors trees, and they first told us $500 for one dead tree and TO CUT IT UP AND MOVE IT. Later, after discussing with my family, we decided on adding another tree, and NEGOTIATED the two trees to $700, with original being $1000.
After cutting the first tree, they came over and said that they could cut two more trees down (that were healthy) and do a “free” gutter cleaning service for $300 more. We declined because it is out of our budget.
Then, they cut the second tree down, but they didn’t cut it up or move it. We asked about it, and he said the $700 does not include cutting and moving the second tree, and if we wanted it done it would be $300 more plus a “free” gutter cleaning.

I used another great tree cutting company before. I only let this company do it because of their “deal” and because the first tree would affect my neighbor. In the beginning, he stated the services he would provide were for the two trees. Now, he is refusing to do anything about it, unless we pay more. his deal is not a deal. It’s a scam. Beware
