I really don’t take any pleasure in leaving a bad review, especially when this could have so easily been a 5 star review. We paid $460.00 for an initial cut, edging, and bush manicure for our yard. There were 3 areas that were not done and were pointed out to Juan R during our initial walkthrough for the agreed upon $460.00. Juan said they were going to take a lunch and come back to complete the job. Unfortunately, I trusted his word that he would be back to finish the job and paid him before the completion of the job. He never came back. I called him the same day and he said he was on his way over. 2-3 hours later, No Show. I texted him to ask if he was coming back that day and No Response. Two days later I called him and I was sent to his voicemail. This is very bad business and I will be reporting this to our community HOA. It’s really sad that it has resulted to this. Had he completed the project that we agreed on and paid for, this would have been a 5 star review. He would have also another consistent customer.
