Alex is friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about repairs. The repair was challenging because it wasn’t clear what the problem was but Alex went through checking step-by-step until he found and fixed a corroded wire.

Mr. Clevens was organized and professional, completed the assessment and informed me of his findings in a timely manner.

Len fixed our microwave in less than 30 min. The door switch was fried and he replaced it.
