    Unfortunately, the technician didn’t show up for his appointment until 5 hours after his window. When we say that we are disappointed. He did not like it and left with out checking the work or fix the problem. We are requesting that we have someone else come as soon as tomorrow morning. We are very disappointed from the service.

    I had the Sears Warranty progrom for over three years before requesting a service on my microwave. First I had to pay a $100 deductible. Then SP came to do assessment but then had to ord er parts thus he seeded to reschedule. The part came and the SP came back but couldn't complete the repair because it was the wrong part. To this day I have to endure this cycle of incomplete service which has created major inconvenience.
