Their driver scared my students when the driver cut off my bus. Cut in front of another car, that caused that driver to slam on their brakes which forced me to hit my brakes harder. I will not be using this company since their drivers have so little regard for the lives of children or other drivers.
Technician (if you want to call him) he wasted my time and money. Hobart company sucks. Don't waste your time and money.
Keyway was sheared on mixer hub. Hobart overcharges for trip time And sitting on their computer and then charging to retrieve the 5 dollar part that was needed. It was fixed but I strongly recommend using a service that does not pad their hours. You get nothing using actual Hobart techs.
I had a Hobart dough mixer that was not working correctly. I contacted Hobart services and they sent out a tech to look at it! The tech said the mixer is too old to work on. That was the end of it. Then I received an invoice for $428. Horrible company! Will never use them again for any of my restaurants! Very poor service!
