Just wow. Julio and Kelly are the real deal—kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. I had an emergency and reached out to Alpha Pinestraw & Landscaping to install 50 bales of pine straw before a showing. Not only did they squeeze me in despite a packed schedule, but they also let me know I only needed 30 bales instead of the 50 I requested—most would’ve just taken the sale. They did a beautiful job, and that level of honesty is rare these days.

Got a half cord and it wasn't split very well. Had to split about 80% of it into more manageable pieces. Also doesn't smell or feel by weight like it was seasoned for a year, as indicated by the seller.

Bought a half cord of firewood. I noticed the wood seemed heavy. I spent over an hour trying to get the logs to catch in a gas fireplace with no luck.. this firewood is too wet. it will be nice wood next year. Not what I had in mind for this year.
