I called Arcadia after having a terrible experience with my current provider, who quoted 10 days to make a service call for a dead A/C unit. Arcadia was very professional, booked me for a visit the next day, showed up within the time window, and took care of the issue in short order. They (Sarah) were super responsive and have been in contact with me after the fact as well. Tyler was the technician and did a great job! Highly recommended based on this experience.

Arcadia installed our HVAC several years ago and my husband normally service it. We felt like it was time to have it checked by the professionals. Tyler and his tech came out on time and reassured us that everything is working properly. No one wants to be without air right now! Arcadia has always been there and does a great job.

We have a bi-annual maintenance contract with Acadia ad they are great. Matt just came to our house and is very knowledgeable and friendly- he remembered where the units and thermostats all were having only been here once before. He also changed a lightbulb for us in the attic while he was up there 😆
Acadia also inspected our systems when we originally purchased the house and installed a filter housing (the unit didn’t have a filter at all!). I would definitely recommend them and love supporting this local, small business who cares about their customers.

I am highly pleased with the service provided by ARCADIA HVAC for replacing my two old HVAC systems in almost half a day. They are all professional, courteous, and very responsive to our needs from start to finish.
I started chat with them, asking about the ballpark cost to replace only one unit in my attic. They quickly gave me the cost estimate and offed me a house visit. The person who did our house visit was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I could see that he was here to take care of my situation, not take advantage of it. Based on his recommendation, I decided to replace not just one system but the two systems. I am really glad that he helped me make that decision. Needless to say, I got the cost estimate before the end of the day and scheduled the installation date.
The replacement/Installation went extremely well. Four guys showed up on time early in the morning. They called me 10 min before they arrived. The timing was perfect for us. They completed the replacement/ installation of two systems just before lunchtime. They were great as you can read in other reviews.
ARCADIA team has a very high standard. It was a lot of money to replace two complete systems, and I am glad I chose ARCADIA HVAC. With confidence, I would recommend ARCADIA HVAC to those who need reliable service without any pain.

It was truly a pleasure working with the team at Arcadia HVAC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, very responsive to my questions and concerns and got our AC installed in a timely manner. Mr. Cam gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable with every step of the installation. Mr. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone. They were very friendly and the team of technicians (Matt, Dustin and Tyler (I hope I got the names right)) worked so well together, arrived on time, installed the new unit quickly and cleaned up after completing their work. Matt even gave us a call half an hour before he was at the house to let us know he is on his way and when they had completed the job they graciously answered all our questions and explained how the system works. Then Sarah called to make sure we were satisfied and completed the paperwork for the warranty. The whole experience was above and beyond and is greatly appreciated. I would definately recommend ARCADIA HVAC to anyone who is looking for an AC unit, furnace or HVAC system.

This is a 5*+ company. We had them replace a whole system back in June of this year and we couldn't be more happier. Dustin and the crew were fantastic, they were quick and efficient, but not to the point that you felt that they were rushing to get the job done. Dustin came back out for our free check up for the fall tune up, and we said that we were very happy with the system they installed and it had made a big difference for the temperature in the house over the summer. We would recommend this company if you are looking to have anything done with your heating and air.

Adding to my previous review, that 4 years later (6/12/23) we are still super happy to have ARCADIA. Sarah is a pleasure to talk to and she is very good at checking on us and making sure our maintenance is scheduled on time. She had an upbeat, positive vibe and became a friend over these years. Happy to report that it’s the same team of wonderful technicians: Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler. Always professional, polite and courteous and do a great job every time! Highly recommend this business!!!
We had new AC installed by Arcadia HVAC on June 3, 2019 and are very happy with the choice of the company. Richard gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable as it showed every step of the installation leaving no room for doubt. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. And the team of technicians (Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler) worked so well together and installed new unit quickly in less than half a day! They arrived on time and cleaned up after completing their work. They graciously answered all the questions I had, were very polite and friendly. The whole experience was above and beyond. Also Richard worked with out Home Warranty which was greatly appreciated as we heard that Home Warranty usually does not cover big labor intensive replacements, but he was able to get part of the expense covered and we are very grateful. ARCADIA team is very responsive and efficient even in the busiest time of the year, the first hot week this summer when a lot of people had AC problems! We'd be happy to recommend (and we already did) this company to friends and family. They are the best hands down! Many heartful thanks for everyone we got to deal with. New to the area we found exactly the kind of company we needed and could hope for :)

Was referred to Arcadia by a friend. Needed a “tune-up/checkup” of my 2.5 ton units. Gentlemen (Dustin & Matt) showed up at the front end of the window. They helped me check my capacitors and air filters. Everything was done professionally and quick. The gentlemen were very respectful and professional. Highly recommend. Dustin and Matt are the best!

Our previous experience with a well know HVAC contractor had been a continuous negative experience. Thank you Cam for your detailed estimate that won my husband's confidence. I was won over by the service. Out of the three technicians that came to my home to make a recommendation and follow up with a price, Matt was the one that called and showed up ON TIME! He was professional, courteous and friendly. And the installation went great. Matt, Tyler & Dustin focused on the task and due to their prompt arrival I had the rest of the hot, humid day in comfort! The entire process was positive. I would highly recommend ARCADIA HVAC to my friends, family and neighbors.

I have a maintenance contract with Arcadia. My furnace is under my house, I can't get in there to change my filter. I appreciate them doing it and making sure my systems are working properly.
My air conditioner is old and needs to be replaced, I feel their estimate is a good price.
Both Justin and Tyler were knowledgeable and friendly. I also think Sarah is a great employee and good at explaining their services.
I would recommend Arcadia to anyone looking for a reputable company.

I struggled with finding a good quality, professional installation company, for my main system replacement. The range of prices offered by more than five companies was amazing anywhere from 11,000 to 18,000. Many proposed multi stage variable speed systems with several bells and whistles. However, after having a visit by Richard of Arcadia, I quickly realized that most of what I was trying to purchase was not necessary, and the equipment markup, and the other add-ons that the other companies were trying to sell me, were quite frankly a waste of money. I felt very comfortable with Richard’s expertise and his multi decade of experience in servicing and installing air-conditioning system so I went with Arcadia. They were everything that I expected and more. Their installers were on time, they were friendly, they were knowledgeable, and they got the job done in much less time than I anticipated. And the price was very very good. I can highly recommend Arcadia for HVAC system replacement or new installs and, I imagine, service as well.

Have had a great experience with Arcadia! They installed our unit back in 2020 had some issues a few weeks ago & they were able to come out the same day for assessment & only 2 days to wait for the part & then was the first appointment that morning.
Tyler the installer has been great & Sarah in the office is awesome as well!

1st , let me say that I have been in industrial maintenance and repair for over 30 years. I knew that both of my 23 year old HVAC systems needed replacement. I called Arcadia and spoke to Cam, he had a technician at my house straight away to evaluate my systems. Matt showed up on time and was professional and polite and extremely knowledgeable. After he reported back to Cam, I received a very detailed quote that reflected exactly what we discussed and what I expected. We were able to schedule installation for the following week. On the day scheduled, four technicians arrived on time. They worked as a team and attacked my job. ALL of them were courteous, professional, polite, and respectful of my home. They wasted no time. As promised, two systems completely replaced in one day! I could not be happier with end result. Old school craftmanship and attention to details. I feel as though I got the best possible value for my money. I give all of them my highest rating and will recommend Arcadia to all of my family and friends with great confidence. It is nice to know that there are still some family owned businesses out there that operate with integrity. Well done Arcadia, Well done!

Matt and Avery were kind and professional. I really appreciated their openness to show and explain the problem/solution. They are my go-to for all my HVAC needs. 100% recommend them!

Matthew and Ryan(?), the tall gentlemen, resolved the issue with the new Ecobee thermostat in just two minutes, even though we had spent the entire day trying to fix it. They thoroughly checked to ensure both the heater and air conditioner were functioning properly. They were very friendly and provided a detailed explanation of what had occurred. I’ve decided to replace my entire air conditioning system and heater with these two gentlemen in the future. Thank you!

Dustin and Matt did a great job as usual. They were on time, friendly and worked efficiently. I switched to Arcadia because my previous HVAC company started using shady pricing and sales tactics, but Arcadia has always been open, honest and trusty while providing good products and services.

Arcadia has been our HVAC company for years. We have a service contract so they are out twice a year to check the AC and heat. They always do a great job. Sarah makes scheduling easy and the guys are always on time. Tyler and Matt M. are always friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer with Arcadia HVAC since January 2022. They installed my Trane Heater System in January 2022, and I am very pleased with their installation and the furnace. They are a family business and they really care about their customers.
I have a yearly maintenance agreement, and their technicians are very capable. Tyler came out for my heater maintenance and was very professional and efficient. I have total confidence in this company.

I engaged Arcadia to replace my aging HVAC furnace and cooling unit, and I was very happy with the entire experience from initial contact to installation. The friendly technicians arrived promptly on time, did a thoroughly professional job, answered all my questions patiently, and left the work area clean both inside and outside. Arcadia even replaced some under performing shared ducts with direct ducts to the registers at no additional cost. Would recommend this family owned business to anyone who is looking for great customer service and very competitive pricing.
Update on 8/1/25: Called Arcadia for issues with the A/C. Matt and Avery from Arcadia diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the under warranty parts that were damaged probably by a lightening strike. Great service experience.

We have been happy customers of Arcadia since 1984. We are currently using our 3rd HVAC system installed by them. They have always been timely, and professional. Tyler our service technician deserves 5 stars as well.
