I called Arcadia after having a terrible experience with my current provider, who quoted 10 days to make a service call for a dead A/C unit. Arcadia was very professional, booked me for a visit the next day, showed up within the time window, and took care of the issue in short order. They (Sarah) were super responsive and have been in contact with me after the fact as well. Tyler was the technician and did a great job! Highly recommended based on this experience.

Arcadia installed our HVAC several years ago and my husband normally service it. We felt like it was time to have it checked by the professionals. Tyler and his tech came out on time and reassured us that everything is working properly. No one wants to be without air right now! Arcadia has always been there and does a great job.

We have a bi-annual maintenance contract with Acadia ad they are great. Matt just came to our house and is very knowledgeable and friendly- he remembered where the units and thermostats all were having only been here once before. He also changed a lightbulb for us in the attic while he was up there 😆
Acadia also inspected our systems when we originally purchased the house and installed a filter housing (the unit didn’t have a filter at all!). I would definitely recommend them and love supporting this local, small business who cares about their customers.
