Just moved in to a new house to find that the upstairs AC unit no longer works, even though it worked for the home inspection, hmmmm? Called several places and John from Comfort was quick to call back, came to check the unit the next day and his cost estimate was well below the companies. I had him fix the AC and furnace for personal peace of mind and cannot commend him enough for being quick, courteous and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.
Updating this review for 2025: New house, new AC and furnace needed and called John at ComfortAtlanta and he was here that afternoon to give me the good/bad news.
The team just left the new install and I am incredibly satisfied. His guys are great, super nice, work quick and clean and were finished in just a few hours.

Our AC/furnace failed over the weekend (July 26th), and John at Comfort Atlanta was a lifesaver! He arranged a top-quality Trane replacement with 12 months 0% financing and had the old unit removed and the new one installed in just one morning. Professional, fast, and reliable—we’re back to cool, fresh air and highly recommend Comfort Atlanta for any HVAC needs!

Tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He did not try to pressure me into purchasing a new unit. He carefully explained the issues with my furnace and provided options.
