Mr. Norwood was very professional and knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He completed a thorough inspection and provided photos of further improvements to keep our system up and functioning. Overpriced, trying to take advantage of the customers. Quoted over $1400 for some services. Upon my refusal price went "miraculously" down to $750. Upon my refusal technician wanted to call his manager. I ended the visit as I was not in an used car dealership.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. -

Had a great experience with these guys today. I called this morning and they were out there... this morning. Very fast, and the technician that came out (Lane) was very knowledgeable and thorough. My problem was fixed before noon. I'd recommend them if you want someone there quickly who will do it right.
