I had a leak in the main waterline from the meter to my home. Someone from the company came to check the leak; he dug where the water was leaking but could not find the actual waterline, so he assumed the leak was from the waterline below the driveway. He charged me $400 for the digging, which was fine because he told me that amount would be deducted from the total quote for the repair. He said his supervisor would call me to set up an appointment and provide a quote.

His supervisor called me and quoted $5,100 ($4,600 after the discount and $400 deducted from the diagnostic fee) for digging and boring under the driveway, as well as replacing the entire line from the water meter to my home. A couple of guys came to work on the repair and realized that no boring was needed; it was just simple straight digging to replace the waterline (at most, 20 feet replaced). I called the company to get the price adjusted because I didn’t think it was fair to pay the originally quoted amount since the work they did was much simpler, but they refused to do so. This is bad business. The workers also broke my mailbox and threw trash in the area where the water meter is located.

Lun ,the plumber, showed up and he did excellent work. I also appreciated the call a half an hour before he arrived letting me know he was on his way. He installed a remote water cutoff valve that’s controlled through my alarm system. The cost for installation was about $200 but still reasonable considering inflation. More than I was expecting but he stayed until glue was dry making sure it won’t leak. He was at my house for 2+hours. Great work!!

We had an issue with our toilet called Roti rooter. The call was answered v quickly, they sent a tech within 2 hrs . Emmanuel was the tech who came. He was extremely professional and was able to resolve the issue quickly. We were v happy with the service

I had to contact Roto-Rooter on Sunday to unclog the water drainage pipe connected to my washing machine. Service tech Emanuel came promptly and assessed the situation and gave me a few options on how to proceed. He was very professional and patiently answered all the concerns that I had. Once we agreed on how to proceed, Emanuel immediately went to work to get my pipes cleared. The overall price was fair and after completion of work, I got a detailed receipt and a warranty for work rendered. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends!!!

Trynce was on-time and very knowledgeable. While I thought I knew what the problem was, and he listened attentively, he also went into diagnostic mode to satisfy himself of the overall situation and what needed to happen. We quickly agreed on a price via the Roto-Rooter pricing system. The price was inline with other estimates and so we started. All work was done correctly and efficiently. Really good guy. Would use Trynce and RR again 100%.

Trence with Roto-Rooter was fantastic. I came home to water in my garage and called Roto-Rooter, Trence came out quickly, assessed the issue, and diagnosed a problem with the PRV. He also proactively identified that my expansion tank needed to be replaced before it caused a bigger issue down the line.

Spectacular Job , Chris took no time snatching out the old water heater , less than 20 mins., he went straight to work, replacing the new one it took less than 30 mins. also , WOW! He know his job well , and explain to you about your new water heater , if something happens, but he deserves 100 stars from me, and he clean up behind his self , no water left on the floor, he means Business.
