Mr. Benson is very extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never use this company nor will anyone I know. Hopefully the business will correct this work ethic

I bought a set of washer Dryer from this company GE with Warranty on it. I used the washer only once a week/ only one load From August 2024 to July 2025 the washer wouldn't drain. When I contacted GE they asked me to describe the issue, they never come over to fix the washer and they want me to pay somebody $150 just to come and look at it and after to pay more money to fix it. Why I had warranty on it? Nobody came and they leave me with the washer in that condition after I pay for it with all warranty. I wouldn't recommend anybody to deal with this company since they don't keep their words and no customer service at all. All they want is to get rid of their bad machines and stay with our money.

My expectations were surpassed by the Dunwoody electrician service. They completed the work quickly, politelyand at a high standard. My electrical issues were effectively and reasonably priced handled by them. They did an excellent joband I will certainly give them another call. I heartily urge everyone in the vicinity to use their services!

Excellence service. Our electrician was Reed who was professional, on time and explained the repair thoroughly. I requested an appt at 11pm the night before for an 8:30 am appt the following day and Reed was here by 9 am. Service well done.

I never write reviews, but this one I just had to write.
Matt Golden from Bray Electrical Services came and installed a home charger for my new EV. The estimate he gave me was $1000 lower than the next two companies. Not only was Bray less expensive, Matt attitude and demeanor was professional and he was very cordial. He came when he said he would and it took him the time he said it would take home.
In this day and age when service has taken a backseat, it was a great experience to have a company(Bray Electrical Services) provide a competent and well mannered electrician(Matt Golden).

Reed was very helpful and fixed our issue quickly. He made a recommendation that could save us from further issues and resolved it within an hour.

Scott from Bray Electrical was great. He came out and figured out the problem with our outdoor outlet (which involved crawling around in our crawlspace and then climbing up into our old attic). He also provided texts to let me know when he was coming and got it all done in our scheduled time frame.

Reed should get more than five stars. On time, professional, thorough, and helpful with my questions. I have used Bray Electrical for years and now my neighbors do too. They are the best.

We had a tree fall that ripped our meter box off of the side of our house. Bray was kind enough to rearrange their schedule to send Scott out right away. It was a complicated repair and Scott handled it very professionally. He arranged the permitting and inspection and had the power back on that same day! Thank you so much Bray Electrical!

Mike Adams did a great job on all of our electrical work. Bray’s prices were much more competitive than the other quotes we got.

Mike was amazing, he was able to fix my electrical issues in my home that others could not resolve. He took the time to really find the source of the issue and resolved in a timely manner. He arrived on time, communicated effectively, and professional.

I had an issue where my main breaker needed replacement. Thankfully they were able to solve the issue; however, they did not inform me that the city needed to come out and inspect it before they could switch my power back on. Because of this, I was without power for a day and half. I ended up needing to get a hotel room. This could have all been easily avoided had Bray communicated with me on what all needed to happen. I ended up having to handle and coordinate everything myself which was very frustrating. The technician was late during both appointments but was the only one that actually informed me that I needed to contact the city to have the breaker inspected before I could have my power back on. The power company staff were also unimpressed with their professionalism and stated to not use them again.

I was able to speak with one of the co-owners. He was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. He wanted to make sure that I understood what happened and informed me that the issue was caused by the cities inefficient, bureaucracy. They were kind enough to comp me for my hotel expenses. I'm very pleased with the good customer service

Bray scheduled my service within 2 business days, which we really appreciated. Technician Reed Davis provided excellent advice and solutions for rewiring some outlets and a ceiling fixture that had original 1939 wiring. He was friendly, personable and easy to work with.

Mike A. with Bray electrical provided an excellent service for me today! They came, same day , on an emergency call, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. As a result i was able to keep my schedule!

Bray Electric was as good as all the excellent reviews I read … responsive, with real people communicating in real time (and on time). And Reed, the electrician who came to do our work was even better … I’d give him 6 stars if I could… A super personable, super patient and super competent guy who stuck with me until all our issues were solved and he was committed to not leaving until he satisfied himself that everything was working properly.

I’m going to call Bray and ask for Reed the next time we need some electrical work done. In fact, I’ve already got the next job in mind.

Had Scott from the Bray electric team take on a service upgrade (100 to 200amps) for our 1920s house. It went super smooth and they even tackled some other work while here.

The technician Reed Davis was very professional. I was clearly informed of planned arrival and the work was done in a timely manner. Both key factors since I had to plan around my individual work schedule.
